I am not going to add rules for multiple reasons. I feel rules limit the possibility and fun in roleplaying but it however should be noted their are obvious for any roleplay such as to not defy Pokehero rules. So I think all of you should just decide what the rules for yourself should be, however DO NOT enforce your own personal rulings on other people unless it is common knowledge they did something wrong, like post something highly immature. If you personally find that this is annoying, then be annoyed because rules do limit things, I am however not saying rules are not needed.

If you need a few rules to kind of get an idea of your own, then here are some:
-All PH Rules Apply
-Nothing Immature
-Mild or Censored cursing is allowed

And for the last thing I need to say. I and my mods has the authority and right to call out states that break the rules (Even though their are no official rules), my and mods statements shall and will be enforced unless their is a valid reason why we are incorrect. So keep in mind, if we reject your form, their may be a reason or two or that when we read your post, it is immature for a reason or two.

-Magnus is the ruler of Irkana and has the power of Demons and Novas. The only reason he not being defied by a large number of members is because he has the ability to reverse the birth of the universe.

-Each clan is species specific (This may sound like a rule, but I am not enforcing it, I am informing you the user that the clans are species specific)

-Heroes are summoned from the past and future, not present. They can be summoned even just 10 minutes in the past or an hour in the future

-Their is only 1 land/planet currently in this universe, and it is Irkana.

History: Draco is from the future of Irkana and has witnessed many things. Draco has seen countless deaths and constant chaos in the future. Draco is nicknamed Kaiser because he is a legendary warrior from the future named Kaiser who in the future would defy Magnus but only to be defeated and die. However Kyle summoned him during the period where he had not challenged Magnus yet.

Even though Draco does not know this, Kyle is the heir to Kaiser even though they are related. Once Draco is defeated by Magnus in the future, Kyle will take upon the name.

Other: Draco tries as hard as he can to keep his identity and powers a secret because he is unsure if revealing his powers and identity as Kaiser would change the future. Even though he wants to future to change, he expects him revealing his powers and identity would change the future negatively.

History: Exo is from a far before era from the home world of the Xenon species. He lived during time where technology was far more advanced than the current technology the home world had before the fusing of other dimensions. Exo was a great warrior who used ancient technology called Bio-Armor. Exo fought only against those who tried to change to world to a place of evil. After being summoned, Exo constantly was fighting and killing people left and right. But the people of Ectoplasm finally explained it to him and he is now killing and fighting only servants of Magnus.
