Well guys this is a toally new suggestion i was just thinking all about.
It's totally related to Avatar
I have observed many times that when we upload our avatar we find that sometimes it may look good while we visit our profile but it does'nt suits on the palpad. :|
Many times it can be like a very simple avatar will look quite good on palpad but it won't look on our profile is'nt it ?
People who have experienced it can think of it :)
So how cool it would be if we would be able to have 2 different kind of avatar one on our palpad and the other on our contact profile :3

I don't get what you mean by "looks good on our profiles but doesn't suit our palpads"
You've only described what it would be like to have this, not how exactly it would help any of us. If you feel your avatar doesn't fit, you could always upload a new one instead of uploading another and wasting space.

@CliffArmor if it does'nt suits you not my fault i strongly feel we can have 2 kinds of avatar one which suits on our palpad and the other on our profile.

I think what Optimus means is that some avatars look great when they're full size, but since PalPad makes them exponentially smaller and also removes the animation, they don't always look as good.

I'm neutral; I have no strong opinions either way, because a lot of images look smaller when shrunk down to the size a PalPad icon is. No big thing.

Yes I also think that we should have two avatars so we can choose best(Y) avatar for our profile and best(Y) for palpad
For this we should talk to riako so he can think about this topic and help us

This is a good idea but for gifs, if you could choose just a single frame for the picture on your PalPad instead of a whole different picture.

Your avatar is displayed perfectly everywhere else. Your profile picture has no real impact in the palpad other than on your personal vanity- besides, it's sized that you can still make out the details.

This is such a small feature, I understand that it may look 'nice' on your profile, forums, etc and then bam the site resizes it and made it look really weird/doesn't exactly 'fancies' you. But again, why does it matter? What does a 50x50 picture will do to your life? Will it help you go to college? Will it give you an eternal life?

I understand that some people really gets peeved by their avatar looking really weird on certain parts of this site, but to have 2 different avatar just for this is completely unnecessary. You can just get an avatar that would look nice everywhere, and frankly, if you aren't lazy, you can find an image that'll suit your fancy and looks nice everywhere on the site.

Plus, quoting what Angels said, it will be very confusing indeed.
It will also take up unnecessary spaces.

Then what is use of suggestion forums in the first place? You can't just ask Riako to add a feature and help you with it. You need the community's opinions and point of view. Riako will implement something when he feels like it should be added, depending on what others had thought about it. Plus, you are just wasting Riako's time, which will prevent him from doing anything productive for the site.

NO support, it just downright makes it confusing, on top of that it's a waste of time. Plus Riako has to code this. Why have him go through the effort of coding in this suggestion then have it fit your needs..? Plus it doesn't make any difference. So what? It makes it smaller. Who cares?

Really @LeChatBox you typed anyhting which u wanted and especially if you don't care that won't means no one cares there are many users who like this and some who don't like this and for those who don't care i am not intersted and you wrote riako would have to code it so what huh ?
Do you think there is something which can come out without coding ?
Just to increase the conveinience of broad avatrs and to make them fit in palpad i've posted this suggestion so please if you want to say a useful point why u did'nt supported it go ahead or else bak-off :|

Somehow I doubt you'd count any point as a "useful" point, seeing how you're attacking LeChatBox right now.
Let's say that an average gif avatar's size is around 200kB. The compressed avatar takes the first frame of the gif and compresses it to fit in the Palpad. This drastically reduces the size cost for the Palpad avatars as opposed to your suggestion, which would let users upload fully animated/size avatars for their Palpad.

First off, I was backing up my claim.

I'm just stating that with this implemented people will end up confusing others. On top of that, it's plain useless. So what? More profile pictures, yay. But in the end why bother?

I personally don't care and think it would be a waste of Riako's time trying to code it in.

This suggestion in itself is just poorly created. It would be better to have a thumbnail editor instead of two different avatars. Even then it's just a waste of time and I wouldn't be bothered to edit it anyways :/

You wrote a suggestion and people are giving opinions towards it. If you don't like peoples opinions, don't post the suggestion.

If you click my Charizard, PalPad and I will mass click your Pokemon ^.^

That's kinda pointless. It's a suggestion. You want remarks on how to better improve said suggestions. Plus how does that in anyway relate to topic at hand? Anywho, it seems as that "person" clearly has a justified reason. Also, all the evidence for said block and such is all on this post. >.>

Well @LeChatBox that message is not pointless i am trying to tell that user constantly to stop posting it multiple times and yes i only want to know whether you like it or not i don't want to know exactly why and if there are 50% users who like this suggestion so it's balanced via both sides and even that the person has a justified reason according to you he is not allowed to post in my forums multiple times knowing that he/she is in my blocklist...

Posting multiple times? How am I posting multiple times when I am stating different reasons I don't support this suggestion? If you cannot see criticism as a valid post, then I'm afraid I don't get why you posted in the Suggestions forum.
Just a little note to put compression into perspective- the reduction in size (and removal of frames, if it's a gif-) can reduce up to half the original image's size (or more, depending on the method of reduction.)
More data = more server costs. Simple as that.
