Melody jumped when she felt something against her leg. She looked down and it appeared to be a being. Melody screamed out of shock and quickly ran behind Darren.

Phantom approached the new being. "Greetings, my name is Phantom. I believe I have never seen you before; are you newly hatched?" Phantom could tell that this being was young, for it did not speak when it approached the female human.

"Darren, you don't have to be so rude," Melody knew how Darren felt about beings, she knew that he thought they were disgusting invaders that shouldn't have even set foot on earth. But Melody didn't agree with him she believed that they were special. If one of them got a little hostile then that was one being, not all of them. "I'm sorry for screaming when I saw you little one; you startled me," Melody crouched next to the young being and held out her hand. "It's nice to meet you, my name's Melody. Do you have a name?"
