History (Optional): She has known Darren since they were kids. She is aware of how he destroys the eggs of the beings and though she doesn't like it she tolerates it.
Personality (Optional): Shy but not in the way that she seems meek, she just doesn't like people. She doesn't want to hurt the beings and she will try her best to become friends with them.
Relationships (relatives, pet Being, bf or gf): she is friends with Darren, she has a bit of a crush on him
Other: She doesn't have anything to do with my other character Phantom.

[yay first time posting with Melody! :P]

Melody didn't know what she was doing outside when she noticed Darren walking out of the park. He seemed to have some sort of shadow following him. Melody panicked and started running toward him. Once she came near enough for him to hear her she shouted "Darren! There's something behind you!" But when she reached him she couldn't slow down in time to avoid running into him; she knocked them both down to the ground with a thud.

Darren grunted, looking up at Melody with a slightly irritated look on his face. "Why hello to you too, Mel." He said, raising an eyebrow. "I'd ask you how you're doing, but you're kinda on top of me."

Melody quickly scrambled to get up, mumbling to herself how stupid she was. "I'm sooo sorry!" Melody then remembered why she'd ran over to Darren in the first place. "Umm, are you aware of the fact that you're being followed?"

Darren sat up slowly and brushed his hoodie off, mumbling something to himself. "I was highly aware, thanks. It's a being, and it wants to follow me home. I don't know why, but I'm not too concerned." He explained, standing up and wincing.

"A-are you ok? I'm so sorry, I wasn't able to slow down enough before I ran into you!" Melody continued to call herself an idiot from inside her head, she was so embarrassed. She turned to the shadow, "Excuse me being but would you mind showing yourself to me?" Melody was worried for Darren's safety; even though she was fully aware he usually carried a gun with him.


Phantom exited the shadows, "Hello female human, I go by the name of Phantom. My abilities consist of that of the control of shadows. I am happy to meet you and I wish for you to know that I have sworn against killing both humans and other beings," Phantom was intrigued by this human, she appeared to know the one she was following. The female seemed to become flustered around him so Phantom began to wonder if there was something wrong with her, but Phantom chose to keep her curiosity to herself for the moment.


"It's nice to meet you too," Melody was confused, Darren usually killed beings on sight; why was he letting this one follow him? Even if it was a pacifist, Darren hated any being besides Cherry. "Umm, Darren? Why are you letting it follow you?" She asked

"Like I said, this one seemed so excited to follow me, I didn't see why not. Going anywhere tonight?" Darren asked, toying with the gun in his hand. He himself wasn't quite sure what made him spare the Being, he usually killed on sight. "Since I'm on my way home, maybe you could tag along. Cherry would sure be excited to see ya."
