Adeline smiled a bit, looking up at the sky. It was the first step of night. Beside her, Trauma yawned, but forced it down. "Go to sleep," she said, nudging him softly. "No. We could get ambushed or something," he replied, his words hazy. "Fine, I'll watch. Sleep." Trauma didn't budge. She stared at him, her expression saying what she needed it to, and he sighed and gave up.

adriane laid down right where she had been standing and created a small mossy cacoon like blanket around her to keep her warm while creating a moss blanket over raven so he didn't end up freezing.

Rogue sat next to Allium almost protectively, but she chuckled and shook her head. Adeline watched her mutter something in his ear--it sounded something like 'sleep'--and he sighed, closing his eyes in forfeit. She stole a quick glance at Crystal, not sure how to approach the hybrid. I think Raven and me might've intimidated her... I mean, she scared us too, but...

crystal crossed her arm's and leaned against the tree she stood by and looked away from the group, keeping her eye's on the side of the forest she was looking at.

Allium awoke, slowly, to the sunlight shining almost directly through her eyes. She looked to her side, slightly alarmed, but saw Rogue and calmed down a bit. Her body still ached from the injury, but she would do fine. The hybrid silently trekked away so that she wouldn't awaken Adeline, who seemed like she was in lighter sleep than everyone else, and slowly walked throughout the forest.
Navigating her way easily, for she knew this particular part of the woods well, the girl soon came to a lake. She hesitated a moment before diving in, head-first and still in her clothes. Allium brushed her fingers along her neck, feeling the small gills that had formed (she wasn't used to being in water). She looked down to the floor of the lake, which she could see clearly, only too see a mass of swirling shadows at the bottom. A large eye, a crimson red dragon one, stared up at her and blinked once. She sighed, bubbles escaping her mouth and turned away, quite used to it. It'll go away eventually.

matthew had woken up after a little while and headed off to find the lake, cursing under his breathe awhile rolling his shoulder blade's.
sleeping against that tree hurt..... he mentally complained.

crystal had ended up drifting off into sleep when she was helping out on night watch and was snoring quietly.

adriane was still sound asleep under her mossy caccoon blanket.

The eye flashed sea-green, as if it were water, and its eyelids closed heavily, causing it to disappear entirely. "Hello," Allium said mistily to the person she knew was there (she had enhanced hearing and could hear cursing pretty well). Tilting her chin up to the sky, Allium's fire-like golden eyes scanned the forest before actually finding the person and identifying them. She smiled, ever so slightly, her white teeth innocent at that time of morning. "Sounds like you're having a great morning, aren't you, Matthew?" She said almost teasingly, floating along the water. "The water's nice," she added light-heartedly.

''my back hurt's......'' matthew grumbled, slipping his shirt off before he cupped his hand into the water and dumped it onto his back.

Allium shook her head, her face dipping under the water for a quick moment. She bobbed up once again, looking at him. "Well, Matthew, water's probably not going to help at all. And you know we have a healer at our camp, right?" She said sarcastically, although not with a mean tone. The hybrid dragon smiled, looking at him quizzically. "So how did you even get your back hurt anyways, fire dragon? In the fight?"

''i've got scars on my back..... still leave's physical pain when i sleep on my back.. but..... it was back then when i was still in the fire dragon kingdom... when i was younger i was always bullied cause i was the smallest and seemed to be the weakest.... i proved them wrong on the weak part...'' he muttered, grinning a little as he stared at the water.
he arched his back and allowed his scales and wing's to appear.
''i'm missing a few back scales.. but that doesn't hurt as bad... only if my scales are rubbed wrong on something.. but i've managed to survive this long..... the youngest like me usually always survive...'' he muttered, cupping more water with his hand's and letting it run down his back.

(It's taken a week and a day but I've finally done it!)
"The youngest rarely end up the strongest," Allium replied, almost countered, softly. She looked up to the sky, which had taken on a blue, although a sickly pale shade of it. "Honestly, it's painful enough to feel... uneasy about your own kin." The soft breeze whittled through the willow tree's overhanging branches as if it were foraging through its thin leaves. Allium skimmed effortlessly across the surface of the clearwater, until she was not next to but close enough to the edge of the lake. "You have found yourself quite the extraordinary healer, though," she suggested, "but if you want to heal that with water, the temperature in here is nice." The hybrid ran soft fingers across the wound near her shoulder, inhaling water instead of converting back to air (which she could easily do, but was too lazy to keep switching).

Raven's eyelids fluttered open to the upbeat melody of the birds, which he didn't usually wake up to. It took him a moment to adjust to the light, and a few more moments to realize that he was surrounded with sleeping people. It alarmed the dragon and he backed up onto the tree, slightly shifting the body of Adeline (who was sleeping soothly next to him). Oh, right, these people are nice, he thought, recollecting his memories. At least, Matthew and Adriane are... and Allium. He stood up, dusting himself off a bit, and began to venture out into the woods searching for those very people (Adriane disincluded).

''their scar's that can't be rid away of with healing..... i got them when i was still a bit young and one of my kin caught me in the back with their claw's... it stung, but it went away after a while.. i've been missing scale's on my back in dragon form for a long time...... and i guess i'm one of the very lucky few who managed to be the strongest against all of them.. i wasn't as strong as he adult's, but i still bested my kin in fighting....'' he muttered.
matthew laid down on his stomach at the water's edge and just let his arm's stay in the water, yawning a little bit.
''with how deep that would is allium... don't be too surprised if it leave's a scar...... in both your dragon form and human form.. i had seen a few of your scale's on the ground in the park....'' he muttered.

Allium blinked, almost sharply. "It wouldn't matter. The scars don't really do that much," she said coolly. She edged to the rim, flopping on her back on the ground so that only her head and arms floated in the water. It was a random motion, but she did it anyways. "I mean, it's not my first time. Anyways, how did you meet Adriane? I honestly don't see that many hybrids on Earth."

''scar's make ya look cool, anyway.... on how i know her, it's a bit of a um....... i guess scary meeting.....? it was a bit hazy back then but.. i still remember it plain as day... i was sort of left for dead shortly after being attacked.... she was traveling through when she found me.. i was cautious when she approached, normal reaction since left leg was clawed a few time's, my clothe's being a bit shredded, gashes all over my arm's and torso... but what was really terrifying was that in the wound's on my leg was the same kind of poison that was in your wound.. once she assured me that she wasn't going to hurt me and try to help, that's sort of when i started to black out....... i woke up a couple day's later laying on a cot in a kind of small bedroom in a cabin, which belonged to adriane..'' matthew mumbled, taking a deep breathe as he finished speaking for the moment.

Allium nodded. "We dragons just seem to only find each other in freak accidents, y'know?" She said, shaking her head. She had never met a dragon in a normal situation--except for Matthew. "Good morning," said a soft voice from behind them. Raven emerged from the bushes almost soundlessly, and Allium found it strange that she ceased to hear him take steps. "You guys wake up early, don't you?" Adeline said, following after Raven with somewhat of a messy tandem. Raven seemed almost surprised to see her, but she just smiled and carried on.
