I haven't really put much thought into this because I really wasn't expecting it, but I believe this is what I may decide on doing with this list. Nothing is final yet, though:

And since you've made it there, I've decided to explain what will happen now a little better. You can raise your chances of winning that section (If another user becomes eligible), by buying more tickets. These entries will be done on a separate Random.org list.

OR

From the shiny Yveltal list, I can just pick the user who has bought the most tickets for this raffle (which you can donate more Dragon Gems to raise your chances as well).

Any questions, concerns, or ideas? PalPad me about them, or just tell me which idea you like best and which is most fair!



EDIT:

I have decided that for the users eligible to get the shiny Yveltal, whoever donates the most Gems will get the shiny! Though, if in the end when I close my raffle and there is a tie between the first place contestant, then I will use Random.org to choose the winner!
