Khaalida squeaked slightly as Faolan nibbled on her lip. It felt
good, and it confused her a bit because she wasn't expecting it,
and didn't know how to respond properly to it. She just held on as
he carried her down. After a few moments of plain confusion she
giggled quietly. "Please forgive me," She blushed. "I don't really
know how to kiss, well, like that..." She was stumbling over her
words and getting all flustered, and her blush was darkening and
the odd heat in her face just added to her confusion.
Nathana hummed as she kissed everything she could reach, that
wouldn't entirely hinder Hecate's line of sight and that wouldn't
be too drastic.
Faolan blinked, smiling softly. "I don't really either. Most of
this is new to me. Complete instinct and what I saw in my parents
relationship. I've learned to trust instinct. It tends to keep me
alive. In this case, I'm hoping it'll keep me on your good side and
by your side. Do what feels right to you. If I don't like it, I'd
tell you. If you don't like something I do, please tell me so I
don't make you uncomfortable with it," he told her, watching the
blush color her cheeks.
Hecate kept doing what she was doing, taking them into the cave and
through to their nest. That they'd been 'borrowing'. Hecate had a
fairly good idea that it'd be their little nest from now on.
Khaalida smiled and nodded, trying in vain to get a handle on her
blush, but it was well beyond her control now. "I'll let you know,"
She said softly before leaning in to kiss him gently, her deep blue
eyes hidden behind her long black lashes. Her hands slowly roamed
his upper back and shoulders, her fingers moved absentmindedly.
Nathana smiled against Hecate's skin as she shifted and was careful
in how she did so, making it so she'd end up carrying them both the
rest of the way into the nest.
Faolan curled into her, almost purring at her movements. It felt
wonderful and relaxing. "Thank you...I love you, Lida," he
murmured, kissing her slowly, leisurely.
Hecate laughed and kissed her, curling into the beautiful woman
beneath her in the best. "Silly Nat. I love you."
Khaalida just let herself kiss him, not really knowing what she was
doing, but she just went with what felt right. "I love you too,
Faolan," She uttered softly.
Nathana smirked and kissed Hecate back. "And I love you." She
giggled and focused her attentions on every bit of Hecate that she
could reach, without being too invasive.
He smiled, holding her close. "...what do you think? Stay and watch
the moon rise or go back home?" Faolan asked, resting his head
against her shoulder.
Hecate returned the favor, getting as close as she could without
hurting Nat.
"Hmm," Khaalida hummed as she looked up to the skies. "Perhaps go
and sit at the mouth of the cave to watch? We might have a better
vantage point up there..."
Nathana was so very happy just being beside Hecate, and would soon
fall asleep in her lover's arms.
"Good idea. Let's go do that," Faolan said, picking her up and
setting her on her feet. He offered her his arm, smiling. "Milady,"
he said, bowing at the waist slightly.
Hecate watched her, rubbing her back. Humming softly, she settled
in to sleep.
"My lord," Khaalida said as she looped her arm through his, her
hand gently grasping his wrist. She was feeling so happy that her
feeling of hunger simply was forgotten.
"But to me you're more than just a farmer boy, and
just a lord..." Khaalida leant her head over onto his
shoulder and arm as they walked. "You're so much more,"
Faolan felt a lump form in his throat. "...thank you. You are
everything. I hope you know that. You are so incredibly important
and amazing...no one can convince me otherwise. Not even you," he
murmured, kissing her forehead.
Khaalida felt her chest tighten and she hugged him tightly. He was
so kind and she was realizing how much he meant to her, and how
much she meant to him. "I don't want to try to convince you,
because I'd need to convince myself first,"
Faolan kissed the top of her head before swinging an arm around her
shoulders. "I'll be here to support you, Lida," he murmured. After
a pause, he asked, "What's your favorite color?"
Khaalida held onto him her ear against his chest, listening to his
heartbeat. She barely even registered that he asked her a question.
"Hmm?" She looked up to him before understanding what he said. "Oh,
I do like the color purple, why do you ask?"
"Oh," Khaalida smiled and mimicked Faolan's actions with her own.
"I really love the beginning of fall, when all the leaves change
color and the weather is the perfect temperature... What's your
favorite color and season?"
"I agree with you on fall. I also like spring, when the weather is
warming and just turning into summer. The flowers start to bloom
and little baby animals start running around," he said, smiling.
Pausing, Faolan thought a moment about his favorite color.
"Hmm...color...I like silver. The panting of night and it's
quietness. That silvery hue that colors everything at night is
beautiful."
Khaalida smiled and closed her eyes to picture the exact colors he
was speaking of. "That's lovely, I also like the golden rays of the
sun before it sets over a mountain range, and the reds that soon
follow after the sun has vanished... The deep dark blues of the
night sky, just before all of the sun's light has fled the skies
and the stars are just starting to really come out..."
Faolan smiled, liking each of those colors as well. "That night
blue? That is where I rule as alpha predator. Both man and beast.
There is very little that can or does challenge me during that
time. Not that I'm ever really challenged. Most predators higher in
the food chain that I've meet are family now," he said, chuckling.
"Favorite weather?"
