Due to his brave nature, he will be the first to investigate something mysterious or just charge head first into a battle, even if he knows he can't win. Once he's passionate about something, there's no getting his mind off of it. It's a surprise that a trainer would want to release a Pokemon with such a great fighting spirit, but the poor little guy was unfortunate enough to find himself in that situation.

◦Extra Character Info◦ Despite being friends with Marshal, he and Amber are quite different. Amber is a very calm, mellow Houndour who'd rather avoid conflict as much as she can. She may have that intimidating appearance, but really she's nothing to worry about unless you're causing problems. Due to having to keep Marshal in check, she has been able to level up, but she doesn't plan on evolving, however won't try to stop it once it happens. Never has she had a trainer.

Pryka felt herself being released from the Pokéball. This was not the first time it had happened, her trainer was a cruel man who only used her as a training dummy. But that didn't mean she wouldn't seize the chance to escape. As soon as her hooves hit the ground, she galloped towards the forest not too far away. Her trainer laughed, and he commanded his Charizard to capture her. She felt the force of a hastily fired attack disrupt the fire on her tail. She ignored it and poured more speed into her escape. Pryka was forced to stop when she realized the forest was only an illusion, conjured by the Zoroark. She looked around, trying to find somewhere to go. The Zoroark spoke. "You really shouldn't try and run away. You're making this hard on yourself." He told her. She didn't care. "Look Pryka, I want to do this as much as you do, but we've got no choice. Avery's a mean kid, yeah he's not the right type of guy for a trainer, but then again he doesn't care. Neither do the humans. They don't care about us. We're all being abused here." The trainer shouted some more orders, and Charizard landed behind her, using Growl. Pryka spun around to meet him with Tackle.

Laughter sounded through the normally quiet woods as the young Fennekin skipped his way down a narrow path the humans usually walked on for hikes - though today it seemed to be empty, giggling as he happily and loudly chattered to his Houndour friend, Amber, about a recent battle he had.. in which he almost lost if it weren't for said friend, "Did you see his face when you showed up? He was shaking in his paws!! Then again, I do too when you're angry!!" annnnd he just keeps going. Honestly, he didn't even know where he was going. He just continued to wander aimlessly without a care.
Amber
A small yawned escaped the worn out female as she lazily strutted on right behind Marshal, worn out from the fight and only half listening to his rambles. She honestly didn't listen most of the time. She was there, after all. The only things that was on her mind was the food and sleep that she definitely deserved, though her ears were perked and her eyes scanned the area cautiously. She was more than aware that this was human territory, even if she hasn't seen any trainers recently. It's best to not keep your guard down when you're one of the lucky ones - free from a ball.

Grasswillow was sitting by the lake. "Evolve already Misty! You can't be trapped in the water forever!" The Feebas rolled her eyes. "I'll take as long as I need," she replied. "There aren't Pokémon to fight much anymore, unless I want to be an outlaw." Grasswillow sighed. "Then train against me," he replied quickly. She sighed. "Fine." The Feebas uses Brine on Grasswillow, and he uses String Shot to slow her movements down.

Pryka yelled incoherently as she woke up from the dream. She had not realized the memories would still haunt her to her dying day. "I hope you're happy stupid trainer, looks like your ghost's still stalking me!" Pryka yelled at the relative emptiness of the clearing. She huffed, before standing up. She knew there was a lake somewhere nearby, there had to be. Either that or a stream. She had encountered a herd of other Ponyta a few days ago, but had chosen to strike out alone instead of being in their company. They were to cheerful, too carefree for her tastes. She hasn't seen any trainers recently, but from what she knew, this was basically human territory. Probably there was a camp there or something which belonged to humans. The sound of battle piqued her interest, she decided to check out what was happening. It had also been some time since she last spoke to a Pokemon that wasn't either a Ponyta or a Rapidash. Now Pryka found herself wishing for someone, anyone but those humans to talk to.
