Your Blastoise needs to carry the Mega Stone (Give function) and level up above 50 once to mega evolve.
To solve your Give problem, check these:
- is it on a rumble mission?
- is it in the Auction house/GTS?
- is it in your battle team?

if any of these are answered YES, you need to take it out of there to give it the item.

Yes sure!
Tyrogue evolves into ...
... Hitmonlee if their Attack > Defense.
... Hitmontop if their Attack = Defense.
... Hitmonchan if their Attack < Defense.

reach level 16 with charmander to turn into charmeleon, but ONLY if it's not holding an everstone, then you can turn charmeleon at level 36 into charizard, only if there's no everstone held by the pokemon, but charizard WILL get the mega forms one day, when we get to mega evolve it

It's completely random :) If it's a Y, it will have an orange mega bubble. If it's an X, it will have a blue/black mega bubble.

And how do we get Mega Stones?
They can be made in the Gem Cauldron ^^

When you hatch an egg of a Pokémon that has to evolve before mega evolving, if it's able to evolve does the "special power bubble" appear?
For example, I hatch a Mareep egg. Does that bubble appear when it's level 1 or do I have to wait until he becomes an Ampharos at level 30?

Mega Stones can be a reward after successfully boiling in the Gem Cauldron or found in the Treasure Chest (Game Corner Game)

The chances are slim in both cases.

Is there a way to obtain a Sunny Cherrim yet? I noticed it's presence in the Pokedex but I can't see a way to get one .w.;
