"I'm aware of that," Ferris told the miner. "Unfortunately, Kabuto resist both Bug and Normal, while Water at least affects them regularly. Thus, the Water-type Scald is still my best option."

"Piplup, switch out!" Piplup was enveloped in a white light and absorbed back into his PokéBall. "Skarmory, your time to shine! Go!" Ferris flung the Flying-type's PokéBall into the air, and the bird Pokémon flew into the air just before Kabuto tried and failed to hit him with the ineffective Dig.
