I think Game chips should either be sendable via the new delibird system or just in the game centre. Maybe have it on the profiles like the poke dollars and nuggets. :D

No support. This would make gaining gc too easy. I believe that gifting the gc was suggested and rejected before for that reason but I cannot find the thread at the moment D:

This has been suggested before here, here, here, here and (the oldest) here

The Game Center is something you have to work towards yourself. If this is made community-based, prices would be too easy to obtain and you won't have to 'work' towards your shiny legendary dogs (and Manaphy).
