EDIT: As of now, queenyuna's wish and palkia10's wishes must be granted. I have so far granted two wishes that were not granted prior. As it stands, I will be introducing a suspension list to the front page. The wish factory will continue to grant wishes, but should you wish for something without granting a wish (and having proof) then I will place you on the suspended list and your wish will be ignored.

After an amount of time, such as a week or so, I will remove you from the suspended list and you will be allowed to make wishes again once you have granted a wish. However, your original wish will not be allowed to be granted unless you wish for the same thing again once off the suspension list.
