Dreaming...

They say, if someone appears in your dream that means they were thinking about you before you fell asleep. But what if the person you see is actually invading the inner realm of your mind? There has been technology developed so you can warp into and experience other peoples' dreams with complete control of coming and going as you please. Using Binural sounds to induce lucid dreaming. This technology was planned to be used for story writers receiving new ideas and for therapists to help those suffering from nightmares. Something that was never intended to be used as a torture device...

Somebody had hacked into the Dreamscape's' system and completely overrode everything pumping horrible, bloody, dark, and gruesome scenes into a victims mind causing them to have permanent nightmares repeating themselves but getting more unbearable every time the person sleeps. This phenomenon has caused hundreds of Dreamscape users and patients to ultimately commit suicide, and beside every one of the dead bodies wrote a note that read: "The man in the gas mask told me to". Now investigators are trying to find the person who hacked Dreamscape to stop him, but too many people are dying before they can start. So trustworthy individuals have been chosen to use the Dreamscape and catch The Man in the Mask.

...But it will be harder than expected.

He tries to avoid people but when that doesn't work he usually makes a fool of himself (or at least he convinces himself that he does). History (Optional): When he was young, he often hung onto his mother's shirt when she dropped him off to primary school. Children started calling him "Leech" due to this habit and dampened his confidence a ton. He was mostly a loner as a child--yes, he had a few close friends who sometimes stood up for him, but he always resorted to books when given the opportunity. He learned to read at a young age (though he did poorly at other subjects in school) and grew an interest in photography from his picture books.

Along with her roguish vibe, she desperately wants to avenge her younger sister's death at the hands of the gas mask.
History: At the age of 14, when arriving home with her sister after a party with some of their friends, they discovered their house had been robbed and both of their parents shot and killed. Their friend's mother, who had dropped them off, called the police. Over the next few years, Elsie and Maude were put into foster care and separated. For the next four years, Elsie became a delinquent and involved herself with a life of crime. When she was eighteen, she ran away from her foster parents and stayed at a hotel for as long as she could, but ended up hiding out at an older friend's college dorm. When she was twenty-one, she reunited with her sister by chance and spent a happy year with Maude. Elsie began to change her ways and ultimately reform because of her sister's reappearance, but their parents' death and their separation had taken a toll on Maude and she became a victim to the Masked Man.

Tatsuya: //he lay wide awake an unrelaxed in his bed. He sared longingly at his alarm clock that made a red hue glow in his room/ 4:23 am...//he grumbled to himself as he squinted a little at his clock. He had been sleepless since a certain hacker had laid refuge in the Dreamscape's data base. He recieved a letter from the manufacturers on the matter, and was going to be sent in to test the device, along with a few other people who have a connection to all the suicides related to the phenomenon. Something about a "masked man". And he recalls seeing the man for himself, but didnt fall victim to his words.

Milo tossed and turned in his bed, turning from his back to his side to the other side. He blinked and fumbled around for his glasses. It was about 4:30 am, approximately. Any normal kid his age would be asleep, but he hadn't gotten more than twenty minutes of rest out of every hour. When had he gone to sleep? He blinked again and turned onto his back. "I went to my room at 10:00." He paused and thought for a bit longer. "So... two hours... Darn it..." He sat up and glanced out of his window. The sky wasn't even beginning to brighten yet. He flicked his bedside lamp on and picked up the book on the bedside table and began to read.

Peih-Gee was getting ready to head out but it was not long before she grabbed her backpack and a letter that said, "masked man", Peih-Gee knew something is up, "This is a serious situation, I really do hope it's not a serious one, if it is then there's a problem".

Violetta sighed, sitting in her kitchen in the dark, a cup of coffee in her hands. She really hated to sleep these days, given the incident that had happened. She relaxed against the counter as she listened to her brother playing games, he had a much easier time staying up than she did. She glanced at the clock wearily, counting the hours before she left. She was going to find her brother's muderer. She'd already been selected to participate in finding him, from the Dreamscape's manufacturers themselves. She took another sup of her coffee.

Violetta yawned, before she bored turned on the tv, though all that was on were infomercials. She still stared at the screen with blurry eyes, occasionally listening to her remaining brother get angry over video games.

Galdwin took another sip of his tea, his eyes glaring at the newspaper.

'Masked-Man takes Yes Another Life.' Was the prominent bolded title written at the top, with a cartoonish looking man with a mask drawn in the nearest picture.

"Interesting." He muttered to himself before taking another sip of his early grey tea. With slight bags under his eyes, he continued to read, setting his tea cup down to grab at his toast. Galdwin's hand was met with a wet nose. He looked down to see Gladice looking back up at him with the look. It was the look she always gave him when she wanted to knock out his train of thought. Galdwin gently petted Gladice on the head, nodding slightly. "Go after your food Gladice." He shooed her away, going to his toast. The dog happily trotted off and away to her bowl of food, while Galdwin bit into a warm piece of toast.

Tatsuya: //he slowly got out of bed. He slipped on a pair of slippers and pulled on his favorite winter coat. He wandered out of his apartment complex to take a walk outside, hoping to make him tired. As he stepped out of the doorway, his warm breath pushed its way through the fridged snowy air. He continued to make his way down the side walk, passing many streetlights, before seeing a tall, slim figure standing under one of the lights
