In a society where monsters and humans live alongside one another (abet a very rocky relationship), there's still a facility run by humans determined to 'contain and learn about dangerous monsters', but they certainly end up making more monsters than researching them.

Recently, many new monsters have disappeared from their homes, and once they end up here , they're experimented on and tortured until they're no longer recognizable as they beings they were before.

Will they be able to escape before it's too late for salvation?

Personality: Strangly calm for what tests have been done on him. He has an ever tired or bored expression, and is nearly emotionless. He is afraid of nothing or nobody. Dios is rather blunt and cold hearted when giving opinions on something. He has a rather dark mindset and presents it in an innocent way. But due to rather serious PTSD, you can hear aggonized screams from his cell on occasion. Dios also has an insatiable habit of licking things.
Abilities: Dios has an array of interesting abilities. He can see thermal heat signatures, has impeccable sight and hearing, and is able to emmit a florescent glow from his tongue or horns. His thick tail is extremely strong and it could hold his own body weight, or even cause serious injury to someone. His legs and feet are also built for extreme jumps and speed.

Personality: She's rash and hot-headed, often diving head-first into fights and other harmful things. Aine is self-centered, bossy, and even described as selfish. Once you've bonded with her she'll be loyal and would never betray you. She's quite kind and very sensitive once you get to know her better.
Abilities: Her body is almost completely made out of flames, so people and certain monsters are unable to touch her at all. The color of her body varies on the environment, she will go from blue, to white, and dangerously red.

Personality: Lucine is rather distant. She is often lost in thought, and tends to space out a lot at times. Others find her cold, mainly because she separates herself and prefers to stand at an observer's viewpoint. Part of this comes from the fact that she is a high-ranking demon, and looks down on others. She doesn't have many people she can call friends because of how she distances herself from everybody, but she is extremely loyal to anyone who gets close enough to her. She is trusting, and considers everyone a potential ally until she is given reason not to. However, once she catches the slightest wind that someone has turned against her, Lucine's demeanor towards that person will instantly become hostile, although she tends to display her hatred rather passive aggressively.
Abilities: Lucine has pyrokinesis in the form of black flames, as well as the ability to see things invisible to humans such as spirits. Being a demon, she also possesses a high resistance to heat, and can stand in fire without burning up herself. When in hot temperatures, she almost feels pleasantly cool to touch because she is unaffected by the heat. She can also heal and resurrect humans, but only if they make a contract to her. Lucine can also use weak telepathy on the minds of anyone who has not trained themselves to resist it, allowing her to read the thoughts and emotions of those close by.
Weaknesses: While she is resistant to fire, the same does not apply to the cold. She feels just as cold as anyone else when it's chilly, especially indoors without anything to warm herself up. She is also weak to salt and holy water, which burn her if touched by it, and she cannot cross a line of salt. On top of that, if she touches silver her abilities become temporarily locked and she can't use her powers until she stops touching it. (Although she does keep her heat resistance and ability to see invisible creatures, considering they are physical abilities.)
History: Lucine was born into a family of high-ranking demons. While this gave her a lot of power, it also set her up as a target. There were many attempts to assassinate her family and take their position of power, although most of them failed. The one that didn't was successful in getting rid of her parents, and almost killed her as well. Luckily, she managed to escape and go into hiding. She was unable to recover her family's power because she was too weak, and was forced to flee when her parents were killed. At the time, Lucine was 14 years old. For a long time, she was able to remain under cover, especially since she doesn't need to eat or sleep. However on the day before her 18th birthday, she was found and caught by the laboratory as a "stray Monster." She was tortured with salt and has many burns on her back from these "punishments," and eventually was turned into a tool for information. It is her main job to supply the laboratory with information about demons and other monsters, as well as use her telepathy for interrogations and other things.

Artemise sat at a table in the cafeteria, poking at her dinner disappointedly. She knew she should probably try to eat something, but she just wasn't feeling up to it, at the moment. She pushed her plate aside with a sigh, before she scanned the room, looking for something, anything, that was new. Or just entertaining.

Kamilo was curled up into a tight ball in the corner of his tiny cell. He could feel the stinging metal that bound his wings and legs, making it unable for him to escape.

Aine was returning from her so called 'torture', her body a reddish hue. Flames could barely be seen on her body due to the lack of heat. Her mind was screaming for warmth, she was slowly suffering.

Kamilo noticed the Imp acting strange, but made no move to stop them. He wouldn't if he could anyways, Fire Imps are selfish.

She didn't even bother to struggle against the binds and allowed herself to be thrown into her cell without even caring. Aine tried her best to warm herself, slowly returning to her original orange color.

Artemise eventually left, figuring she should just go back to her cell. Being a 'long-term resident' and having good behavior did have it perks, one of which being she wasn't heavily guarded all the time, anymore. She passed several cells, staring into each one curiously. She always liked to meet the new patients.
