You learn something new every day. XD I had no idea that was how the Joy Ribbon worked! (I could've sworn that was the one that raises experience while walking... Time to go look up which one I was really thinking about. XD)
You may have gotten it early through a Wonder Mail Generator, such as the one linked in the first post. ^^

I didn't know about the wondermail generator before I read your first post in this thread :p So that wasn't it.

I probably got it through trading items with my brother, since he would play for days on end and was already done with the game while I play at a slower pace and took more breaks... Like days of not playing at all XD

I know the item you're speaking of, but I don't remember which item it is >.< I'm not 100% sure it's in Red and Blue, though, since it might be an item that change how it works between Rescue teams and Explorers. I do know that the Joy ribbon was changed between the two games, as it was a bit over powered in the rescue teams games. (Since if you took 100+ damage, you got 100+ EXP where as the newer games make it much less powerful by restricting the number of EXP you can get when you get damaged. Which makes it over powered if you go to dungeons where the pokemon only do 1-3 damage per attack, but it's not worth the effort)

I need rescue from the silent chasm. I got ko'd on a mission because I was surrounded on the floor I'm on XD I can take on three at a time, but not five. Especially with my partner's attacks missing >.<

HELP! Torch and Trek are trapped in Silent Chasm! Trek wanted to show Torch how strong he is by battling Spinarak and Yanma. Trek wasn't strong enough to survive until Torch arrives.

I have no clue how I missed the notifications from 11+ days ago >.< I actually got a friend to rescue me after a week of no reply on here >.< That being said, I wish I knew where in the world I put down my SP, since my game is inside it, and I don't know where I last had it :/ (My mom brought it in for me, and handed it to me when I was busy doing other stuff)

So My team is in need of rescue, from me... >.>
