Hi Guys! I had a suggestion about a new Trading feature for Pokeheroes! Please note that this idea is not necessarily mine, as I was just talking about it to a friend the other day! Okay, here goes:

The idea is based around item trade, which is a huge part of Pokeheroes. The thing is, currently, the only way to trade items is by using Pokemon as a sort of "package" on GTS or the Auction House. The problem is, not only is it inefficient, it can also get a bit tedious if you are selling a bunch of items, trading over 20 Pokemon just to send them.

Now, there are a few ways to improve this. My first suggested way is making a new trading station, where you only set up items, and can be traded with other members through other items. The seller would have to physically accept the offer to prevent scamming and whatnot. It could start out with a maximum of 5 items on trade at once, but also make it an option to buy expansions for more slots at once.

The second option is creating a whole new part of the site, where users can set up a full-blown shop for both Items and Pokemon, and set the conditions for offers. Like before, make it necessary to physically accept the offer to avoid trading issues.

Both of these could be really fundamental parts of the site, and even though the GTS method may prevent scamming, it's also inconvenient, and it can be improved a lot. Please consider it, and give it a vote. Thanks for reading and for your consideration!

My idea was a bit different from the one you linked for me, but nonetheless, you are definitely correct that many others have suggested the same idea before me :) and I agree that it's unnecessary, but when you think about it, nothing is necessary in terms of the site, if we split hairs :) it's just an idea to make things a little bit nicer for users. I'd have to disagree with you Book. Yeah the suggestion was suggested several times but to be honest we need this. Sometimes I'm running on short time, and someone has to trade me several boxes and keys for my palkia hunt. Not only do I have to rush to offer on like 50 pokemon at once, but I might miss some and I'll have to go back and hunt them down in the GTS later. Lots of uses have this problem, so I don't think this is "unnecessary" at all and I personally would be eternally grateful if this were a thing.

My only addition is for the GTS thing. Maybe a section could be added where we can search a user to see what they're trading, like say DorkyDelphox set up some pokemon for me several hours before I came online and it was taking forever to find them. I could simply search his name and see what he's set up for me, and only see his trades. And maybe say he was setting up 7 green boxes for me. I know in the official games we can only give a pokemon 1 item, but maybe we could be able to set up multiple items on a pokemon as long as it was the same item. In the item bag if he were to put up 7 green boxes and click "give item" it would say "give one" or "give all" or it would let you choose how many to give like the item shop tells you how many you can sell or buy. That way in the gts, if a pokemon is holding multiples of an item it would show the green box icon and by it, it would say something like x7. so you know you're getting all the items you aske for. Like i said, you cant stick a green box and like a red key on a pokemon, it has to be the same item

This would probably save a lot more time to be honest, so you can directly find every item you need and eliminate the possibility of missing items and having to go back for them later due to the fact that there would be tons of pokemon set up for you

I actually like this idea- and it has my full support- I am buying fossils from people so some are selling me multiple of the same fossils - and usually add them on their hunt leftovers too - so it's really annoying when someone puts like 5 helix fossils in the gts- and all on the charmander - possibly similar level too. So this would be really useful if it was implemented.
