2. No being rude to other ponies. Especially those in the herd.
3. You don't have to be a die-hard fan to join, you don't even have to be a fan! If you just want to get more into MLP and become a Pegasister (or Bronie), we can help you get settled! You'll feel right at home! [This is almost crucial for Rule #2. You are not allowed to be rude to a pony outside of the herd.]
4. Fill out the form below, don't just say "Can I please join?".
5. English Only
6. Advertising is not allowed, any spam will NOT be tolerated and will immedeatly get you BANNED.
7. Do not bug other users.

Other: She was adopted by Princess Celestia when she was a very young filly (hence the different last name). Her parents had abandoned her and she was stranded out in the snow, when Celestia spotted her while taking a "winter walk" She loved her and adopted her, much to the joy of Princess Luna. Ever since, she's been treated like a princess, and is occasionally called 'Princess Carly' although she prefers just 'Carly'. :P
