Rings looked up at the girl and nodded. "Okay..?" She said, and put her book away. She stood up and looked at Selinia. "You sure? I'm not the best kicker." She asked, rubbing her neck awkwardly.

Selinia smiled at the girl. "Oh don't worry about that! It won't matter after you kick. I just want to try out a new technique I came up with." She spread her arms out, cocking her head to the side. She grinned widely. "Lay it on me girl! Don't hold anything back!"

Selinia gritted her teeth, feeling her ribs creak from the force. Anyone else would have ended up in the hospital, but luckily her body was built to absorb force. She concentrated, feeling power well up within her. Her hands began to glow an unearthly red, and her skin steamed. Rearing back, she hit the bag as hard as she could, using the force from the kick to amplify her strength. She expected to tear it off its chain, maybe even throw it a good distance. Instead, she sliced the bag clean in half. Sand poured onto the ground as Selinia gaped. "Glad I didn't try that on a person... Good Arceus."
