Sometimes its too hard to earn pd so why not make a ne wfeature like...:
play games and earn pd
lottery only for pd
medal rally prize can also be pd or nuggets

PD is actually easier to get than you think, selling items and pokemon can get you a good amount of PD, Interacting help you get quite a bit of PD, and selling items in the Item shop gets you PD aswell. So just open up a shop to sell pokemon and/or Items and you can get a good amount of PD

Just like Skar said, there are already MANY ways to get PD. However, you can only access to some of them because you're only level 7. Once you reach higher than 15, you will have tons of ways to make money.
