2. Yes, Meloetta have two forms, normal is Aria (normal-psychic) and other after learning Relic Song (you need to use this move in battle) is Pirouette (normal-fighting)

I don't think legendary are very strong, indeed they are stronger than most of Pokemons+they have some unique abilities, moves, stats, but it always depends on Pokemon. If you will train well your Pokemon then even the weaker one can become stronger than Legend. Also type of Pokemon is imortant, there isn't any stronger than other type

2. You can always catch Moltres in every ball, without or with status problem, it's random
