Seraphina turns to the voice and freezes. Like a deer caught in the
headlights she does nothing. She looks over to the other person and
then back to her. She swallows her mouthful of apple and manages to
say something. "I'm n... New here too..." She stutters. I'm new
here too? IDIOT! You're so stupid! Why would you say that? She
thinks to herself.
(lol) Draco turned his head and looked at Seraphina "Isn't almost
everyone here new too?" he said. Draco blinked as he realized what
he just said "Oops. I got a little to rude their" he
thought. "Sorry, that was a little rude" He then said
Seraphina looks back out to the ocean trying to keep her other side
from coming out. That was so rude! Am I going to let him... He
apologized so I need to calm down... He talked to me... She talked
to me... How? Why? Why are people talking to me? I'm not that
interesting... She thinks to herself. She looks to him.
"You're, fine." She says quietly.
(And I'm forever alone :I)
Brandon sighed and stood up. He didn't usually like being outside
unless it was some kind of storm, which was pretty obvious why. He
stuffed his hands in his pockets and headed towards the school,
passing several students who seemed talkative with each other, and
yet he knew literally no one there. He decided to head towards the
dorms.
"Thanks" Draco said and smiled. Draco turned around looked at his
watch and sighed. "Draco then just kinda sat there and looked at
the ground "[i]That girl takes a long time to think and she says
very little. She must be shy[i/]" he thought. Draco looked back at
Seraphina "So what's your name?" he asked
(You and me both! X3 Let's meet up)
Sasha closed her book with a snap. She hit a boring stand point in
her book, and no one was coming to the dorm. She stood up from the
plush couch. She stood up and stretched, her back cricked, and she
sighed with relief as the tension was unknotted.
A breath hissed through her closed teeth, well, now that she was
up, she might as well get moving.
As she walked out of the ladies' dorm and into the hallway, she
bumped into a young man.
(As Pipintan is not on, I don't think we should progress much
farther without her. And as I have to log off soon (and being the
only accepted mod on) I think we should stop.)
She looks to Draco. He asked me what my name is... Tell him!
"Seraphina..." She says very quietly. No one can hear you
stupid! She clears her throat. "Seraphina, my name is...
Seraphina..." She says a bit louder.
(Ok) Draco smiled "Cool" he said. Draco stood and grabbed his bags
"I have to put these bags in my dorm so I will see you sometime
soon, probably in class" he said and walked to his dorm room. Draco
unpacked his bags and put everything away, as he was doing so he
was thinking about Seraphine "She is really weird" he
thought
(Yeah.. just one more post for meh then.)
Brandon realized he had bumped into someone only seconds after it
happened. He was staring at the ground while he walked and looked
up, embarrassed. "S-Sorry." He stuttered, hoping he didn't look or
sound stupid on his first day. Where the heck am I going,
anyway? He realized he was lost in the school, and hoped his
own dorm would be somewhere nearby.
Sasha smiled warmly at the boy. "New here? I'm Sasha, nice to meet
you." She shot out a tanned hand. She laughed inwardly at the
nervous apology. The way his hair hung in front of his face was
kind of... adorable. Oh shut up. Sasha berated herself. She
raked her gaze up and down his body, judging his age. He was a
little taller than herself, so he was probably older, considering
her freakishly tall stature. Maybe, fourteen, fifteen? I'm
twelve. He's older than me. Me and my stupid mind.
After a while, Zephyr finally found the Sweets shop. It was not his
first time here but, like every time, it felt so. As he walked in
he greeted the old lady behind the counter. She was always there
when he came to the shop and she was always nice to him. He didn't
really knew why but it wasn't a pressing matter so he just started
to focus on the candy in front of him. A few minutes later, Zephyr
had bought a big bag of candy, he didn't knew what to choose
between all the candies so he decided he would bring a few of each.
It's better this way. He thought.
When he was going to the Academy, happily eating candy, he saw a
couple of new students talking in a grass spot near the ocean.
Oh I remember my first day here, it was so fun meeting everyone!
Hope they have that experience as well. After that he just kept
moving towards his destiny, the Academy, more precisely, his dorm.
He still had to unpack his suitcase and he didn't wanted to spend
much time on it. On the way, he found a few students from last year
and just stood with them talking for a while, totally forgetting
that he had to unpack still.
Seraphina watched as they both walked away. She sighs as she
realizes that she should probably put her things away too. She
finishes her apple and puts the core in a nearby trash bin as she
heads back into the school. She walks along the still crowed halls
until she reaches her dorm. She looks about and, seeing as there
was no one there at the moment she let out a sigh of relief and set
her bag next to her bed. Because her house burnt down, she didn't
have very much to bring with her. She set her clothes in her
dresser and laid down on her bed. I like this room... Its
quiet... For now...
Draco changed into some new clothes because what he was wearing was
too casual. Draco put on his school uniform and sighed but then
smiled "Perfect Fit" he said. Draco started cooking because he
didn't have anything to eat for breakfast. He had bought
ingredients for some mac and cheese so Draco made a large portion
of mac and cheese just in case he wanted to reheat it later. Draco
made the mac and cheese and served some on his plate. Draco ate the
mac and cheese, enjoying each bite
Seraphina gets up. Go for a walk. Learn the different classrooms
so you don't get lost and have to ask directions... She nods
and heads out into the halls and finds all of her classrooms in
order so she won't get lost. She looks about and eventually finds a
courtyard. There was an empty stone table and she went to sit at it
studying the intricate carvings.
He gave a crooked smile and reached out to shake her hand. "Yeah,
actually. I'm Brandon." He spoke with little confidence. Wow, I
suck at meeting people. My apology was already terrible.
"Again, sorry about that. I really can't tell where I'm going." He
admitted, getting a better look of the girl. She's kinda tall..
but still looks younger. Like.. eleven or twelve? He mentally
guessed, glancing at a hallway entrance nearby. That's probably
where the dorm is.
Draco finished eating and put the mac and cheese in the fridge.
Draco cleaned everything up and cleaned the dishes. Draco left his
dorm to make sure he didn't get lost in between classes. He had the
school map with him just in case though, he just didn't want to be
the kid at school that always carries the map. As he was walking he
saw Seraphina "Oh it's her again. I wonder what she's doing
there all by herself" he thought. He then continued to walk
around and memorize mostly everything.
She stares at the marking oblivious to anything happening around
her. I wonder if there will be a class about linguistics... Or
ancient languages... They have a library here so I bet I could find
a book about it if I wanted... She sighs and looks up to the
sky, which was beginning to turn grey.
"I'll just say hi to her" Draco thought. Draco walked back
and walked over to Seraphina "Hi Seraphina" He said smiling. "I
didn't expect too see you here" he said politely. "Is she gonna
reply shyly again?" he thought
