A smile drew from Ann, but only a slight one. It faded quickly. Their situation truly was baffling in its complexity, and Ann knew that there was more to come. Her instincts said so with a burning passion. "Your weapon should be somewhere here," the girl said tonelessly with a relentless demonic look in her eyes. She rushed out the door. "I never got to know your name," Ann said as she slithered throughout the corridors.
(I'll make her the same ish and are they able to turn into their Spirit Animal? Like a wolf or tiger.)

(How about only a little bit, so they can turn their nails into claws or something.)

Hajila closed her eyes, and tendrils of black aura stretched out. Minutes later, a bow with a small quiver arrows flew into her hand, and the strap for the quiver stretched around her body. "I guess we are unbidden allies now, so there's no point in keeping it secret. My name is Hajila (hah-jee-la). What's your?"

(Oh, how about they have that form where they are a human-spirit animal hybrid but they can also change just their nails to claws when they choose? And maybe also turn fully into animal?)
"My name is Ann," she replied, turning her face to Hajila. Her lips curved into a small smile, but it faded into her natural expression quickly. Ann, we must hurry before greater trouble arises. Now is not the time to dawdle, The wolf growled. Ann leaped up the stairs as a flashing red siren blared wildly in her ears. She slammed her spear menacingly into it, and the siren's noises ebbed into silence, pieces of its shield of plastic fluttering into the floor. "This part of the dungeon opens up into the mayor's house's sewers. We should be unnoticed there," Ann said to Hajila, pushed the grate open and climbing out of it.

Hajila quirked a smile at Ann. "I'm not very familiar around here... Would you lead?" Hajila turned suddenly and shot a man racing towards them with an arrow that had tendrils of black chasing after it.

"Yeah, sure, I spend time in the sewers under the Mayor's house," Ann said sarcastically, even though she was able to know to turn into a circle archway and into the darker part of the sewer. She dashed forward, slashing her spear fiercely at a servant. The servant's sword stopped her spear, but Ann slipped a slightly grin and her hand pulled back, her nails now white, sharp claws. The servant stared, and Ann's claws slammed into the minion's neck. Strings of yellow energy sparked off her skin, the air filling with a smoky era as the servant slumped to the floor. "Keep going forward," Ann said, running quickly. The sewer water made soft, soft sounds as her foot collided with it, drops of water spewing everywhere and ripples following her path.

Hajila dashed after Ann, her spirit animal racing with her. Her boots splashed in the sewage and she couldn't help but cringe at the dank smell of the pipes. She quickly caught up to Ann since she was very much used to running.
Closing her eyes, Hajila called on her spirit animal to lend her speed. Soon, Hajila was running on all fours, her back straightening out and a tail sprouting from her backside. She didn't have enough energy to change into the element form, but this was enough.
In a roar, she shouted, "Ann, transform!"

The woman nodded curtly, stopping at a 20 foot drop. "There's an open sewer hole at the end of the tunnel," she said, pointing towards the darkness. Ann's back arched as she flashed from a human-wolf hybrid to a full, blue-gray wolf with a white underbelly. She showed no signs of lightning at all. In her jaw she held her deadly spear, its arched handle curving downwards like a frown. Your energy is limited. Her guide's voice was almost a warning. I am aware, but I am also capable. Ann leaped off of the drop, the sewer waterfall pressing snow-like dew drops onto her.
(If you want me to change it just say so... is it okay with you?)

(Yeah!)
Hajila backed up a few paces to get a running start, then effortlessly jumped over the drop. Her claws splashed into the sewage and she sped off. The smell was worse here; it was probably where all the sewage was dumped. Being half cat, she needed to be clean, it was just natural.
She glanced behind her at the beautiful she-wolf behind her. Could she really survive in the wild. For the smallest of moments, Hajila felt a small pang of pity for the former servant. She squashed it down, but not before her tiring shadow tiger noticed it. Do... not...pi...ity the gir...l. She w...ill live if....
Her spirit animal's voice faded away, leaving a dark, small, empty cavity in her mind into which she dared not go.

The she-wolf looked at Hajila, her gold eyes inspecting the Spirit Animaled's face. Ann quickly looked away, unaffected by the sudden change of sewer smell and darkness. She prowled through the narrow human-sized pipe, an occasional strong current of water swatting at her hind legs and soaking her in sewer water. "There," she growled, her watery tail swaying. Ann, now a human, climbed up the rusty metal ladder towards the open circle in which little light spilled in.

(I've made smaller posts! XD )
Hajila felt a push of pain in her skull as her energy was worn down. Making her body back to human would be too painful. Her breath caught as she slowly became humanoid. Her orange fur remained but her back slowly sloped upwards, her paws becoming more like feet, though her tail remained.
She scaled the ladder, quickly catching up to Ann. She sighed inwardly as she saw the way Ann held herself. Hajila pulled the woman over to the side of the road, where multiple people passed them, most humans, others half-formed, and some fully animal.
She sniffed Ann disdainfully, flicking her tail. "Urgh, I guess we can do nothing about the smell. As soon as we get to a water source, we need to bathe. Otherwise, we'll be caught immediately."

(Wheeee!)
"Or we could drain ourselves with air freshener," Ann said sarcastically, pointing towards an open window with a bottle of Febreeze on the scruffy painted window seal. She knew Hajila was right; the eyes of a fox stared at the two, its nose grudgingly scrunched as its glare followed Ann. It walked away coldly, leaving Ann with a fresh print of memory in her mind.

Hajila flicked her tail as she heard the fox walk past the duo. She yanked her... traveling partner to her level and whispered, "Keep your head down and follow me." Without waiting for a reply, Hajila began to stalk away, her footsteps silent on busy grungy road.

Ann switched her gaze to her feet, holding her weapon held fiercely in her hand. Her quiet words seemed grating in her own mouth, "So what now, Hajila? Are we just going to hide in the shadows? We can't just take down the mayor and his troops as a duo."
The woman sighed and trekked after her ally, a ghastly look cast upon her eyes.

Hajila shook her head at Ann's words. "What are you talking about, 'taking down the mayor'? I didn't know that was what you hoped to accomplish when you were free! For now, let's just f-" Her words were cut off as a huge panther roared, and began to bound towards the two. "Run!"

"Holy!" Ann got a flash of the panther's bright amber eyes before turning and focusing on the one solution the duo had thought of in such an abrupt situation--escape. The panther, whom was gaining speed on them, released a roar that rung in Ann's ears. Hajila was ahead of her. It's going to get her, Ann thought, looking back. She grabbed her spear and slashed at the panther's eyes, tumbling back first into the cobblestone ground, the chipped stone digging into her back.
Blood streamed onto the panther's jet black cheeks, roaring in pain as it blinding made its way towards Ann. Get up! The wolf inside her growled. Energy burst through her tired limbs, and she quickly got to her feet, running swiftly to Hajila, her weapon hanging loosely in her hand. The wolf had lended her its strength. "It would've caught up to us," she gasped, running.

Hajila glanced at the panther, who had tilted its head so the blood ran down the side of its cheek. "It still can." She murmured to her partner. Inside her, a war was being waged between spirit and physical. Transform, Hajila! It will catch you if you don't! But if I do transform, I might pass out! Just do it! The words coming from the tiger ended in a roar, but not in a roar she could just hear. Across the horizon, a beautiful, sleek black tiger with even darker stripes, came racing towards the chase, darkness spewing out from behind it. Hajila looked up in amazement. "Jaglar?" (sorry! I use this name in every single RP, X3 ) The tiger roared a challenge and swept past the two women, the darkness smothered them in its folds. It was odd, kind of like pushing through water, except you couldn't float. It was also pleasantly warm, but Hajila knew better than to dilly-dally. "Come on! He's providing us an escape route and a distraction!" she grabbed Ann's arm and sprinted.

He? Ann looked back at the slightly dimmer part of the town. It seemed as if a large cloud decided to closely hover above the alley, casting a light shadow across the broken cobblestone tiles. She saw nothing; it was as if the panther had only been an illusion. Life of a Spirit Animaled is always so confusing, she thought, pulling the red-headed woman towards a boarded up concrete apartment. She morphed painfully into a wolf pup and squeezed through the door boards, whimpering slightly as the rough wooden planks scraped against her back. She squirmed into the dark building, flinching as a flickering light crashed onto the floor from the ceiling.

Hajila followed Ann's tug to a towering boarded up house. Rather than distorting her shape to fit into a hole in the door boards, she turned her nails into claws, and her toe nails into as well. She scaled the building, jamming her toes into the walls and scratching up the side. She reached a boarded up window and punched through it. Splinter dotted her tan arm and she clambered into the room, screeching when Ann caused lightning. (That was lightning wasn't it?) She glanced at her with a look of cold steel glancing off a metal plate.

(No I meant a light
A chandelier or something sorry if it wasn't clear x-x)
The cold air with a grim personality collapsed onto Ann's small furry body as the chandelier crashed onto the floor. She was tempted to find a spot in the rubble to curl up in and gather herself together, but she knew that this wasn't the time. "Hajila," her voice came out cold, her Spirit Animal joining Ann to converse with her... partner. "Your skills as a Spirit Animal are very extraordinary and it would be a pleasure to work aside you as I proceed with my..." Ann stumbled to find words, "mission." Her tail flicked. "So, I must ask you, what are your intentions now that you're free from that prison?"

Hajila glanced up in surprise, picking splinters out of her fist. "To be honest, my original quest was to live. I didn't want anything to do with the mayor. I ran from home because once my family found out about... him, they wanted to give me up to researchers. So I ran. And people followed."
She looked away, out of the splintered boards and into the darkness, where yowls were originating. "The mayor... caught me. Imprisoned me. I am not meant to be kept indoors." Her voice turned into a low growl. "I agree, he is a horrible man... yet... can we kill him? Two Spirit Animaled women against his army? One of his minions, a panther, nearly ended our journey right here.
"I agree, the mayor needs to die, but first, we need to get out of here."

(Wow! This post was basically all dialogue! I've never done that before)
