It seems that when you cook something, it refreshes the page twice. There were times when after I hit "cooking time," the giratina quest started but then the page refreshed again and the quest was gone.

That always happen to me, not just cooking
It's probadly the minigame started and the page refreshes to do stuff and that's it
Something to rage on I supppse

//Moved to Solved, as part of the big Bug/Complaint clean-up.

Pretty sure Riako added some code that excludes such pages from Giratina-summons.
