You should have a "egg party" which is a party dedicated only to shiny hunting/egg hatching but when a egg hatches there is is atomically put in your party "original" or your boxes srry to be more clear when a egg hatches in the egg party it is put into either a box or your party which you can choose in the setting unless your original party is full then it would just go to your boxes.

I'm sorry, but I don't really see why this is necessary. It only takes a few seconds to move a newly hatched egg into a storage box. And if you want other Pokemon to keep getting leveled you can simply share them in your signature as I (and many others) have done.
