Well I already saw a couple of suggestions asking for new games for the game center, and I thought that the voltorb flip would be a very nice game. I think it is one off the best mini-games in the POKEMON-series so it would be kinda badass, if we were able to play it here :D
I hate people who have never seen Anime or Pokemon and claim it is only for little kids.
But while they say that, they are waiting for the next Disney movie to come out.

The voltorb flip is the game you can play in the game corner, only in pokemon heartgold and soulsilver
I hate people who have never seen Anime or Pokemon and claim it is only for little kids.

The rules are as follows. There are twenty-five spaces in a five-by-five grid.
Each space has a 1, a 2, a 3, or a Voltorb behind it. At the end of each row
and column are two numbers. One number gives the total of all the numbers in
that row/column, and the other gives the number of Voltorbs.

The first number you uncover, you win that many coins. For each successive
number you uncover, your coins are multiplied by whatever the number is. If you
hit a Voltorb, you lose all your coins for that round. The game ends when you
have uncovered all of the 2s and 3s.

You can mark any space with the "Memo" command with up to four marks, looking
like a dot, a 1, a 2, or a 3. There's no penalty for marks and you can remove
them at any time.

If you win a game, you go on to a higher level with a better payoff.

If you lose, then the game looks at how many numbers you uncovered (the Voltorb
doesn't count.) If that number is greater than or equal to the number of the
level you were playing, you get to stay on that level. Otherwise, it drops you
to the level that matches the number of panels, or level 1 if you didn't
uncover anything.

You can also quit the round early. This counts as a loss, so you'll still be
bumped back levels if you quit without enough panels flipped. However, you get
to keep all your coins.

That was a very detailed description! I always loved this game in my SoulSilver. Except when I shiny hunted Dratini and needed 10500 Game Chips... Support!

I'll Support this!

I Will Admit, In Soulsilver, this game would ALWAYS make me mad due to the fact I never got the hang of it.
I actually got it now, And I would like to see a new game in the GameCenter~

Oh that sounds fun. While I played SoulSilver, I never got far so I never experienced the game. I'd love to play it on here, though.

Also a suggestion, you might want to edit the description into the main post, as not everyone will scroll through comments.

I support this idea. The games that are currently in the game center are more for either grinding to get more chips or killing time. Voltorb flip is engaging and complex but not so complex that it would be extremely difficult for people new to the concept. This post has a more viewer friendly description (no offense to the original poster intended).

I like the idea of adding some more complex games to the Game Center that can be used for making game center coins but not feel tedious after awhile. Bumping the thread as it's been on the backburner for 2 years.

I definitely agree that it's time for a new game in the Game Center! Voltorb Flip is one of my fondest memories, and getting to re-experience it in Pokeheroes would be awesome. It's a bit hard to pick up for anybody new, but once you get into the swing of things it can be a very fun and rewarding game!
