*Crosses that info,clicks into Storage boxes,waits for time until the page loads...

Instead of wasting your time you can do this-

2 clicks and done!

hmm... that's a good idea, I'd support it... but a kind of question, this will take the same time as of the storing system..

My way takes 3 clicks(viewing pokemon,click the arrow and sending them to the box) and storing normally takes 4-5 clicks with a little time to load...

I dont think implementing a feature like this for an obvious fact of just pure laziness, i like the system like it is and it wouldn't hurt you to clicking 1-2 more times then your suggestion. Like you even stated, it takes 3 clicks for your suggestion and 4-5 for the actual feature that actually already exists. Which wouldn't hurt you to do an extra 2 clicks...
And for these reasons, i give this suggestion a no support.

Hating someone doesn't mean you must hate his suggestion. I personally do not support. I think it is faster from the storage boxes because you can do all of them at once with some clicks.
