Just think you have a really good friend PH.
So you Ever pal-pad him like "Can I please have your mega Pokemon for a battle" or "Yay I won the battle, Want another one" and then you saw that he is online but not answering back for a long time. So it feels really wired and even a bit worried that is my connection still okay with him.But often it comes up with that he was so busy in interacting that he didn't see the palpad went red or he was in the royal tunnel so he can't reply.
So it would be very good if a star mark will be added beside the massege like

So we can know if he even had read the message or not.
It would also help you to know if the people is ignoring you or not so it will save your time also.

Hmm… that's quite nice, since you can know if they were ignoring you or what :p support (Y) (plus, can we be able to edit the star into … let's say, a heart?)

First of all, this suggestion is not well explained but from what I can glean from it, I can see that you're basically saying that we should make it so palpad has two functions that tells you that you have unread replies.
Second, this is unneeded. When we receive a palpad message, your palpad icon will light up, and when you click it, a red NEW! sign will appear next to the sender's name.
