"Hey, Janella. I thought you've moved in Cleveland," said Cassius to Janella.

"Well, my parents decided to stay here, because this is where my grandparents live," replied Janella. "Say, I thought you're in Baton Rouge, did you resign as a soldier, or did you betray your..." Janella stops her sentence as Cassius speaks.

"I don't want to talk about it, Janella," said Cassius to Janella, seriously.

"Well, okay. I don't want to answer my question, if you don't want, too. But, ... welcome to Perryville, Cassius. I hope you enjoyed your stay here in Perryville," said Janella to Cassius and left. Then, he went to Evangelina.

Some of my former classmates said that we're perfect together as a couple, but I don't want to take relationship seriously when I was in my school days. I need to study more and more," said Cassius to Evangelina. "I was laughed that time, when some of my classmates said that my handsomeness will be spoiled if I don't court someone," Cassius just laughed when he said after that.

Evangelins laughed lightly, "Yes, but they already learn that from their parents. Most have been leaning how to do farm work from the time they could walk. Cassius, most of them are former slaves. I'm teaching them nothing new. I would like to help you teach them. They deserve to have a proper education, just like any other children."
