What this would do is bring up the 'Set up a Gem Exchange' and something along the lines of 'Username', so when you type a users name the exchange will only go to the user who's username is written, not to everyone!
Yes I know, the user buying could just set it up, but as some people are new, they may not know how to set an exchange up, and if they buy from a trade thread, the user selling them could just simply set up the GE himself.

so why not be me (I support this idea tho :D)
You can just make an exchange asking for 60 gems (that you are buying) and the other person would sacrifice a gem in order to get the exchange
example:
you buy a pack of 20 gems
ask for 20 normal gems and offer 1 poison gem (as an example)
You would pay to the person who agreed to complete the trade and stuff
No one will accept a crazy offer like that xD

Again if the user doesn't know how to set the trade , you can just instruct him/her/them/etc
