First things first, how getting an evolutionary stone works. The gem cauldron has failure or an evolutionary stone. If you consider the chance of every stone and the failure to be equal, you get (example, not confirmed percentage yet) a 10-15% chance of a mega stone

Now, add in summons. First of all, they'd lower the chance of mega stones. I'd stop using the gem cauldron all together, it is the place with the highest chance of getting a mega stone (sorry you had bad luck, can't fix that). I try every few days, and my results are why I think a mega stone is roughly 10% chance.

The summons, unlike mega stones, are found in mystery boxes. This means they are actually relatively common compared to mega stones. Plus, with all the unadded legends, you'd group even more summon items into this.

Here, you'd lower the chance of a mega stone to less than 5%. And for what? A summon?

Also, if you know it was suggested and was not yet rejected, go bump that suggestion thread, instead of making the Sam pointless suggestion!

Um, that's quite harsh mini-modding...

Now, onto the suggestion, I'll have to go along with Nessy's point, and also not support this. Summons already have their own methods to be obtained, whilst with Mega Stones, the easiest method is the Gem Cauldron. Implementing this would decrease the chances of a Mega Stone being produced in the Gem Cauldron.

Nooooo!Nessy/Harkness is stating the BEST reason why not to: SMALLER CHANCE OF MEGA STONES!!:0 I think this should be moved to rejected because you can't make a thread thats already been made so more people vote/comment. Sorry:(
