I think for the GTS that people should be able to offer PD as well as pokemon. My reason is because people will organize a trade with you. You will accept the offer but then they won't send you the PD.

You can simply prevent scamming by accepting after they send PD that way you don't lose a pokemon. There is no need for this- So no support from me.

No that's not true. The other person might might refuse to send pd first. And what if you are the one sending the PD?

I fully support having something like this. The current system is risky. This makes it so that there's a lot less risk factors and a lot less reporting.
