suppose -
somebody wants to complete their dex, they will not be able to see which pokemon they have and it will be difficult for them to complete it.
So i suggest that every dex should be separate such as kantodex , jhotodex and so on. nothing more .

Ctrl + F enables you to search certain words on that particular page (in this case, it would be the name of the pokemon). As I see no problem with the current pokedex system, I would give no support.
