8. Makarov is the only Guild Master, and can be RPed by anyone, but he will never be claimed.

10. No high-class swearing, please. Rage words are allowed, I suppose.

Appearance: Electric (A.K.A: neon), long blue hair that is straight and reached to her knees. Vera is rather tall and has vibrant violet eyes. Vera slaps anyone who dares to call her pretty.
