Skye glanced over at Draco. "Well, Robin's pretty stupid, but I
don't think he's that stupid." She retorted. "I'm pretty
sure a person and a squirrel can figure out how to carry a bunch of
medical supplies." She grumbled.
draco stood up and stood right in front of her, his eye's
blazing.
''go help him now! those two will need help carrying down half of
the medical supplies and you are going to help them either way,
whether you like it or not!!'' he snapped in a very upset but
demanding tone.
even if he was trying to act tough for his brother's sake, he
couldn't hide the worried and upset glint in his eye's.
Skye's eyes narrowed as she glanced into Draco's mixed-emotion
gaze. "If your so concerned about a Fantasy and a squirrel, go help
them yourself. And stop acting like my father. You know
where it got him." She said calmly, but her eyes were engulfed with
anger. Robin then came down with a load of medicine both in his
hands and in a bag. The bandages were wrapped around his squirrel,
making the world's first squirrel mummy.
draco and alex both looked at the squirrel, both of them either
snickering or chuckling.
''you don't see a mummified squirrel everyday huh'' draco said,
kneeling down and unwrapping the bandage wrap from the poor
animal.
alex carried some stuff back from the backpack she had with her and
sat them down next to maxwell.
jack walked past a couple of them and sat down in the hallway as
well, still clutching his stomach tightly.
''need to figure a way to get rid of him....'' alex mumbled,
pointing to the corpse in the kitchen floor.
''the wound doesn't look that deep maxwell... and it doesn't look
like it hit anything, so you'll be fine alright....?'' alex
asked.
after a few hour's of the incident, maxwell was up again trying to
continue cooking.
''maxwell go sit down please... i'll cook..'' draco murmured.
''fine...' maxwell grumbled.
he had switched to a tank top and the bandage wrap that was used to
cover his wound could be seen wrapped around his left shoulder.
he left the room and went to the dining area.
jack was in one chair with bandage's wrapped around his stomach,
and he didn't feel hungry after being punched in the stomach.
Robin's eyes followed Draco, his gaze occasionally sliding for a
quick glace at Maxwell. We need to get out of here. It's not
safe. We've been here far too long. The thought grimly, his
shoulders tensed. He glanced at Alex and spoke up. "When are we
leaving this place?" He asked, his eyes cold.
''yeah... when are you gonna leave..?'' jack asked.
maxwell whacked jack in the back of the head and muttered something
under his breathe.
''we'll leave once it warms up a bit more outside.... i don't want
to sleep on the ground in the cold'' draco said.
alex stayed quiet, knowing to stay out of the conversation when it
could lead to an argument.
a few plate's floated out on cloud's and sat on the table
carefully.
draco walked in and sat down next to alex.
Wimp. Robin thought, thinking it was safer in the cold
rather than where they were now. Alex would just agree with Draco,
so Robin really didn't have a good argument. "Robin!" Brandon
yelled from the other side of the room. Robin turned around.
"What?" He grumbled. Brandon shook his head, and pointed at the
bird fluttering around. The bird landed on Alex's head. "No, I
meant there's a robin in the kitchen!" The squirrel climbed up
Alex's head and began to chase the robin around.
alex shrieked and grabbed both the bird and squirrel.
she had the bird carefully by the neck so she didn't get pecked to
death and the squirrel by the tail.
with her being part nature fantasy her dark power's didn't really
effect animal's, but she just kept that to herself.
draco got up and carefully took the bird from alex and went to the
front door.
''robin! take your stupid squirrel and keep him to yourself!!'' she
yelled and tossed the furry little creature at him.
the door in the living room closed and draco walked back
sighing.
''now i am going to go wash my hand's....'' he grumbled and walked
past them into the hallway.
''and i'm not very hungry...'' alex mumbled and got up, heading for
the front door.
she walked out and closed the door behind her.
Skye chortled very quietly, and from the basket in the center of
the dining table she took a red berry attached to a rather spiky
leaf. She pricked off the spiky leaf, and plopped the berry into
her mouth. Robin was watching her. A stingy taste swirled in her
mouth. It tasted so bad that she had to spit it out into her hands.
Robin burst out laughing. "Ugh. What was that?!" She grumbled.
"Holly berries." Robin chortled.
maxwell chuckled a little.
''the holly berries are mostly for decoration'' he said.
jack just had a smug grin on his face, keeping himself from
laughing.
when draco came out he seen that alex wasn't there.
''where did alex go..?'' he asked.
"I knew that!" Skye protested, crossing her arms. Robin turned away
to glance at Draco. "Dude, Alex isn't a kid. She's a flipping
Fantasy. I don't think she needs to be protected 24/7." He
grumbled, flicking the squirrel of his shoulder.
Robin swore under his breath and waved his hands at the rain cloud.
His hands past through it, and it remained there. He glanced at
Skye a little bit hopefully. "Help?" He asked. Skye grinned, and
suddenly the rain had increased size and he was soaking wet. A bean
sprout curled out of the floor, breaking the tiles. It curled
around her wrists, chaining her arms to her head. She glared at
him.
''would you both cut it out!'' draco yelled, a bolt of lightning
hitting both of them.
''both of your fighting is annoying'' jack said, sitting up
straighter.
maxwell kept quiet, that way he didn't get in th middle of the
fighting.
Skye's teeth gritted. She absorbed the lightning, and it bounced
off her fingers. The purple streaks hit Draco, but as it was tinged
with dark energy it was intended to hurt him. She chucked a butter
knife at Jack. It spun as it flew, and as she intended, it hit the
edge of his ear and lodged into the wall. She had learned that ears
were sensitive to pain. Grimly she stood up and opened the door.
She walked out and slammed it behind her, dark energy flowing
through her and making her hair darker and throwing it up a
bit.
Her footsteps against the grass made it shrivel, and as she walked
deeper into the forest some of the trees lost its leaves and the
one she had brushed her shoulder against had cracked. She was one
of those weird darkness Fantasies that could cause death through
her emotions. Using a solid weather cloud, she lifted herself into
the sky. The cloud was slightly darker than the others, but it
wasn't very visible. She sighed and watched the tree leaves flow in
the wind.
draco picked his plate up and went to his room, the door slamming
shut.
''well... seem's like he'd rather eat alone..'' maxwell
grumbled.
jack was now sitting in the floor as he gripped his ear tightly,
gritting his teeth.
''i'm going to strangle her for doing that........!!!'' he yelled
quietly through clenched teeth.
''well if you'd quit acting like a jerk....'' maxwell grumbled.
