I was wondering if the stock could restore at a certain time for every type of egg, like 1 Normal Egg every day (Litleo and Espurr), 1 Starter Egg every week (Chespin, Froakie and Fennekin) and 1 Legendary Egg every month (Xerneas and Yveltal)

There's no point in suggesting this because the Kalos Eggs have been up since about 3 days. And you don't know when or how the store is going to be restored.
