Well my suggestion is,to add a Jail for banned users.I mean,banned people should be able to log-in but only access to Emera jail.Well also there should be a mod watching too.It should be like herochat but chatting only with banned users.What do you think?Support or no support?
We should ask the banned user to chat with him/her.

I'm neutral.
1. This is a great addition and will do no harm to anyone what so ever.
2. Definition of "ban":
: to forbid people from using (something) : to say that something cannot be used or done

: to forbid (someone) from doing or being part of something.
It sort of ruins the whole definition and such.

Umm, why would Riako spend all that time creating a part of the site just for people who have been breaking the rules? This doesn't make sense.

The the thing is that the rules are there for everyone, they are there to make the game enjoyable and safe for all. If someone breaks those rules, I don't really want them to be given special privileges, which is what a chat room like this would be.

If they didn't want to be locked out of the game, then they shouldn't have broken the rules. Simple.

no, this will be in comunyt were we can see a banned user list(only staff) and the reason and time were is banned

Why would we need something like this? if someone breaks the rules and is locked, they shouldn't be able to do anything on the site. JustMe already said it, but just don't break rules.

If this thing is implemented, the banned users will probably beg and spam in the chat.
