"AQUA!" Crysis yelled, leaping up from the sand and bounding over to her friend. The blue aquamarine gemstone shimmered in the sun's glare, and a few sparkles that had remained fluttered into nothing. She turned to the opposing Gem, her glare furious. Her large weapon appeared in her hands immediately, and she charged towards the Gem. An arrow shot towards her, but she bounced it off with the blade of the scythe. Her scythe swung at the Gem's abdomen, and it jerked back. There was a deep gash on the Gem's stomach. Swiftly the Gem appeared behind Crysis, and her head was stuck in the opening of the bow, her neck exposed to the string that could launch arrows. She slammed her heel into the Gem's ankle, and grabbed the bow to pull it away from her neck. She didn't have much time, so the bow uselessly hung on her shoulder.

The opposing gem (a ruby gem, Crysis guessed) grabbed and arrow and slashed it towards her. Even though Crysis didn't remember being hit, she felt the sting of the cut on her cheek. "Don't you ever dare mess with us again!" Crysis screamed, and charged towards the gem. Her elbow lunged into the Gem's abdomen, re-opening the wound her scythe had caused. The Gems bowled to the floor. Crysis's scythe slammed into the Gem's head, and all the body disappeared. All that was left was the red gem laying on the ground. Crysis slunked over to the aquamarine gem, her heart beating maniacally.

i should be more carefull....I might have almost hurt them...to weak don't think I can move
"AGUA!" She heard crisis yell
i lost control....why...what's wrong with me....
I hate being so-so useless!(<--the only thought that didn't seem to trail off)
Agua's gem sparkled a bit then floated into the air, transforming back into agua's normal form, when she landded she fell on her stomach with a "thump"
"Ugh..." Agua didn't even try to move much "sorry about that...that form has some...ishues..." She said slowly
"And next time, remind me to try to heal myself a bit first..." Agua brushed some of her hair off her face and looked at crysis "is that a ...g-em !?" She said in a stunned tone as her expression stated were doomed
"I really hope that's not a home world gem...." Said agua in a scared but not at all angry tone as she continued to be almost motionless on the sand

Crysis heard her name and whipped around, confused. When she glanced at Aquamarine again, the Gem was in complete form. Alerted, the Kyanite Gem squealed and jumped back, landing in the sand with her mouth filled with the yellow grain of the beach. Oh, gross... Crysis spit the sand out, dreading the taste it left in her mouth.
She didn't quite listen, but heard Aqua talking about another Gem and looked around to where her ally was looking. River let a meow of laughter because it was just a statue of a Gem, with red flashing eyes. Crysis let a sigh of relief when she realized this.
"Earthfolk, always making weird attractions to amuse others..." She said jokingly, not being able to peel her eyes away from the flashing red eyes. Wait. Humans don't know that we Gems exist, despite the Kindergartens that exist in their land...

"It's a trap!" Crysis yelled out loud, but her words were muted by the large bang of the exploding statue. A yelp came from River，and white marble chunks flew into the air. It was a tech related weapon. A large boulder collided with Crysis's leg, making her scream in pain. "You will leave us Gems alone, traitors. You are no longer one of us and unless you join our forces you three are a threat and will be taken down." Said a mechanical voice from the statue's broken head.
"Consider it war!" Crysis yelled. "Very well. Keep both eyes open, to increase your low chance of survival." Replied the head. Crysis groaned in pain. What are you doing, idiot?! River yelped mentally. "We can't run forever, River. They're already after us because of war reasons. It doesn't matter if Aqua knows. We're allies now." Crysis murmured into River's furry kitten ears. "Aqua, can you hear me?!" Crysis yelled, despite being buried in rock.

"y--yes maybe?.....ARE YOU INSANE!?" she yelped as she relised what crisis just said
agua stood up slowly "Crisis we cant beat them...and I don't wanna fight them..."she said in a very serious tone that agua rarely uses
"and what war reasons ?! I don't even rember the war (shes around amethests age (a bit younger) and so she wasn't strong or old enough to be in the war)"agua muttered as she tflopped down on the sand again
"Crisis you know we cant win.... we cant even fit in with the humans and what are we fighting for !? Nothing! that's what ! we will be dead... DEAD!" she put her hands over her head
"I don't want to fight anyone..."
agua suddenly jumped up and transformed into a large artic wolf with a fluffy "mane" and ran towards the light house at a very fast speed, jumping up rocks quickly then transforming into a cat and running inside the hole at the bottom of the door, up the stairs and into a corner were she looked at the wall and slumped down, once again in her normal form, her hands on her head
"I.... I just cant-"

Crysis's eyes narrowed, even when the dark blue of her pupils were tinted with determination. "We'll find a way to beat them. The thing is, even if we lose, it'd be better than fighting for them. Oh, Aqua..." She murmured, her voice melancholy [it means sad] all of the sudden. River, now the size of a lion, pushed the rocks off Crysis's leg. She leaped onto the parasite's fluffy blue back, and River began to dash after Aqua at the size of a slender mountain cat. "Aqua!" She yelled into the open. Crysis de-mounted River, and stood at the door of the lighthouse. "Aqua, please..." She muttered. "You don't know what it's like to be a servant under those Gems." She said.
Crysis, please... It pains both of us to say this... She doesn't need to know... River hissed in her mind. "Aqua... It's either we fight or we get forced to join them. They'll force us to become a member of their military, conquere the Earth and every other planet." She said, her voice softer. "They'll force us to kill. Aqua, these aren't rumors... River and I were in their military a long time ago."

Agua had her arms curled around her knees her head down, she heard crisis and could make out the words but didn't reply
I--I can't fight...her hair covered her eyes casting a shadow over them and makeing them hard to see
"I'm gonna get us killed... I just know it--im not strong enough.."she mutterd in a hushed tone as the waves on the beach lapped at the yellow sand
Suddenly agua stood up and peeked out the window, not seeing crisis to close by she turned into a small, bluejay and flew to a warp pad jumping on it and transforming back as it made a
"Ping" noise and lit up teleporting her to a place that had been abandoned for years by all life, there was no sound here just silence
Agua walked off the warp pad and turned into a bird, flying to the top of the clif face, passing empty holes and then transforming back and leaning agest a rock, the brease agest her face as she saw the ocean far away as she brought her knees to her face and shut her eyes.

"Aqua!" Crysis yelled out, rushing towards the shimmering warp pad that had been activated. River made a motion to stop her, but Crysis's motions were swift. Without thinking, she lunged into the dash of glimmering white light, even though she knew that it could send her into space and she'd be stuck there forever. But that was only a 89.99% chance, and Crysis was willing to take it. For the first time in over a hundred years I have a friend. She thought, yelling out in agony. The process of trying to break through the warp made her insides feel like they were burning and her outsides feel like first-degree frostbite.
I'm not going to loose Aqua because of her inability to fight like a pro. Crysis collapsed on the ground, her fingers clutching the wavy green grass. She felt like her skin was about to tear apart. She bravely got up to her feet, and walked to a cliff face. Aqua... please... Crysis gasped for breath. Her knees began to bend a bit, and she stared off at the empty holes beyond. Don't leave me.
"AQUA!" Crysis screamed, the echoes of her voice bouncing off the walls and back to her. "COME BACK!" The slight breeze that brought her hair out of her face hurt her skin. "I DON'T CARE IF YOUR NOT STRONG ENOUGH!" Crysis gasped for more breath. Her voice became louder. "I'LL TRAIN YOU, WHATEVER! JUST COME BACK!" She yelled, and her blue structure collapsed onto the ground.

crysis....have you looked around you? agua thought as she glanced over the barren landscape kindergarten..
Agua peerd down the cliff and saw crysis colapse on a patch of grass
"Crysis!" She helped as she jumped off the cliff and transformed into a bird on the way down, landing near crysis and transforming back
"I just needed time to think... I'm sorry-"
Agua sat down next to crysis and a shadow shifted slightly, near one of those old gem things as agua caught it in the corrner of her eye
"You should get out of here, crysis" agua said seriously "you shouldent have followed me here.."
Agua glanced harshly in the direction were the shadow had moved

Crysis weakly stood up, her legs crossed in a weird way that made her look half-dead. "Sorry... I had to break through that warp... It left me weak..." She whispered softly. Her left eyes shut tight, but she forced it open when she looked up at Aqua. Her blue eyes, although covered by her hair, were dead serious. "I had to follow you here, Aquamarine. I couldn't of have left you." She said firmly, and got up. Her shoulder slumped a bit. "Think of this as your first training lesson. Keep your eyes peeled, and anything suspicious..." Crysis's hand pointed to the old Gem machine. "Destroy it."

agua's shape grew larger in a fash of light, and then a large (artic) wolf was standing there (size of lion)
It dashed right and left aiming at the gem mashine until it tackled it knocking it down with a shattering of glass as the large wolf landed elegantly next to it, its mane (or whatever that fluff around its neck is) wavering in the wind as it howled in pride. And in a large leap it landed close to crysis and started to stretch
"So how'd I do ?" Agua said as she tilted her head to the side questioningly

Crysis grinned, clutching her shoulder. "Perfect." She said, and a howl of another female creature rung vibrantly in the sky. The Kyanite Gem leaped to her feet, glancing urgently behind her. The howl grew closer, and a puma leaped out from the trees and towards Crysis. Just as it reached her, it turned into a small, fluffy blue kitten that the Gem cradled fondly in her arms. "River!" She said joyously, hugging her friend tightly. Don't you ever leave me again like that, kitten. River said softly in her mind, tumbling out of Crysis's arms and turning into a large lion. Your only five hundred years older then me, River... She thought as River pressed her nose affectionately to her blue-haired head. But I'm the one protecting you here. The blue cat protested, and settled on the ground. Crysis sighed and rolled her eyes. "Anyways..."

The blue ~~not to mention fluffy~~ wolf twitched its ear and its head slowly Whent into a fear postion
"We should leave....now" When the wolf spoke her mouth didn't even move much
Agua dashed forwards and grabed crysis and river, trowing them on her back were they could hold onto her mane as she started to sprint out of the kindergarden, once past the entrance she didn't stop, she just kept leaping and sprinting forwards untill she hit a rock with her foot and flew forwards landing face first in the grass, the kindergarden far in the background
"Ugh" she coughed up dirt, but then her pupils srunk (fear)
it's still following us!
Agua slowly got up and kept running faster and faster away from kindergartens direction, nothing was visable following them.
(Awwww 2 hours ago you were online >~< I should have woke up earlyer DX)

Even though Crysis usually enjoyed the way the wind brushed her hair back and felt on her face, her expression was dead serious. A now kitten version of River was bundled in her arms. The gemm concentrated, and a trail of hard Kyanite appeared in a tall wall behind them.

Agua kept running eventually getting a bit tyired, kindrgarden bearly visable behind them
"T--here's something ther--re i just know it" she said in between breaths as she jumped over a rock landing neatly and continueing to run

"I believe you." Crysis said, a bit softly. She's too tired... Crysis summoned a stick of Kyanite, and swiped it are Agua's fluffy paws so that the arctic wolf fell to the ground. "River, now!" Crysis said and a large Kyanite stone lifted them both up and disappeared. Crysis and the arctic wolf fell onto a blue cat-like creature so massive that it was able to support both their weight and run at a productive speed.

Agua's shape shifted again, becomeing her normal cat form and looking backwards towards the far away kindergarden
I had the feeling of being watched earlyer but I'm not so shure...
Agua caught something moveing, but it was flat on the floor
"Crysis! Look at the shadow!" Agua pointed at a shadow witch sliped from shadow to shadow in their direction, moveing at a fast pace

Crysis looked at the sky and groaned. "Why do I not have a flashlight?!" She yelled, and uselessly chucked a rock at the shadow. the impact caused the shadow to split in half, but it reformed quickly and caused Crysis to grimace.

(Sorry for the kinda late reply I got sick ~~still sick..~~)
Agua watched the shadow reform
"I gotta idea!"
Agua jumped off River and faced the shadow, landing on her feet since she's in cat from.
The shadow changed shape and became a physical black cat with pupilless white eyes it mewed and twitched it's ear as it watched agua
well it hasn't hurt me yet
Agua reached out her paw and it passed though the shadow cat makeing it meow and look at her funny
"Ok I won't do that again"
The cat smiled, perhaps knowing exactly what she said
