Noah woke up, finally realizing the reality of the situation. He
knew he was in the forest, and he knew he wasn't alone... and if he
wanted to escape... he might just have to meet the voices. Noah
woke up only a few hours from him passing out, frightened, he got
to his feet. The egg... the only thing he could find from all of
this madness. It slowly moved... as if it was going through
evolution. Since Noah had absolutely no experience with an egg. he
didn't know what to do with it. Should he drown it and its
evidence, should he wait for it to hatch, or should he just leave
it for someone... or something to come get it? He decided to keep
the egg, for that was the only pokemon he could potentially have.
If he got attacked by a pokemon... without a pokemon... He stopped
thinking of the matter. All Noah needed to do now was get to the
place he had awoken, mabey he could find something there from his
past. Noah retraced his steps, always making sure he was going the
right direction. Once he reached the stump, he searched the area,
finding nothing but an empty satchel and a chipped mug. Noah
decided to take both items and gather a few sticks. He used the
sticks to make an arrow pointing in the direction he'd travel, then
gathered a few more sticks and went off...
Brooke was surprised at the slight cracking of the egg in her hand,
but she did her best not to say anything. With no idea where she
was or who the others were, she felt it would be best to stay quiet
for a while. She sat down quietly next to a tree at the edge of the
meadow, setting the egg down. As she began to relax against the
tree, a twig under her snapped, causing her to cringe from the
shock.
The egg that Olivia had shook a bit, the Pokemon inside slowly
attempting to get out. A small crack formed, that began to slowly
get bigger.
Sorry for taking so long to post guys! I should be able to RP some
more for the next little while!))
Olivia saw that she was alone so she sat down and looked at the egg
" So close to hatching but then again, so far, " She rubbed the egg
again to keep it warm .
The crack in the eggshell began to enlargen even more, until the
egg split open. The Slowpoke from inside looked up at Olivia for a
minute, before reacting. "Poke..." The Slowpoke said lazily.
Brooke looked over to where Olivia was standing with the Slowpoke.
Carrying her own egg, she walked over to them. "Um, hi," she said.
The egg continued to crack, and Jackson walked towards the other
people (The other players.) with eggs. He clutched his egg tightly
in his arms. "Hi.." Jackson said.
Brooke jumped when the girl spoke to her, and was even more when
the Dratini ended up in her lap. Her eyes were wide open, and she
found it hard to find something to say. "Uh... Hi," she said, her
voice cracking slightly.
Althea looked around at the others, deciding not to socialize yet.
The egg she was holding in her lap started to shake and crack a
little.
Through the woods a girl came sadly.
Something broken in her chest.
She had dared to love another.
Alas, no better than the rest.
Up my path the girl came gladly.
Something opened up my doors.
I longed to stop her bleeding heart.
And so I called her to my shores.
Those you trust will hurt you badly.
Something now I'm sure you see.
So drown your tears in me my dear.
As you drown, my dear, in me.
Jackson walked over to the tree with Brooke and the other girl, and
the egg in his hands started to shake, and then, the Cyndaquil
popped out of the egg. "Wow.." He said.
"Oooo! A dratini! I love dratini!" And then suddenly Athena's torso
was on the girl's lap, holding the dratini over her head
gently.
When the human picked her up, the dratini began to flail. She
continued her random flailing until the human set her down on her
chest. She slithered back onto the first human's lap, slithering up
her shirt in an attempt to hide.
Brooke's face was bright red at all the sudden attention, and she
struggled to get the Dratini out of her shirt without removing it.
"T-thanks," she stammered, feeling slightly overwhelmed. She
managed to get the Dratini from out of her shirt, and held it
gently in her arms. "I think I'll call you, Ryuu," she said gently
to her Dratini.
Athena's egg began to shake as it cracked open in her bag. She slid
the bag off her shoulders and into her hands. "Huh. A shuppet."
The dratini had no idea what the human was saying, but she wanted
to stay in the warn place. She flailed randomly and poked the
human's hand with her tiny horn, which was a bit dull from ramming
the shell. Her flailing was pretty pointless though, as she quickly
ran out of energy, flopping down like a rope.
(Hush MiniMew. Ryuu means Dragon, and Dratini is a Dragon. Your
argument is irrelevant. [I had considered that before posting
it.])
Brooke tried to look more interested in Ryuu than anything else for
the moment, since she was still unsure if what to do or say. She
held the Dratini a bit tighter, trying to keep it comfortable in
her embrace.
