You need to mega evolve it, and then breed it with a Snorlax. A menu will pop up, asking you to pick a type for the Arceus egg.

You need to catch a shiny Arceus and take it to the Poké Mart. Then talk to the store owner. He will say "I'M A BANAAANA!" and there will be four options, Buy, Sell, Banana, and See ya. Pick banana and there will be OVER 9000 Master Balls in your bag.
