"Wow this is amazing!" Serenity exclaimed. "Hmmmm..." She said,
looking around. "How about over there?" She said pointing to a
dark, foggy, and mysterious-looking lake to the north.
"Oh! What if we encounter one if the legendary lake trio pokémon
there, or Giratina, or....." She continued naming legendary pokémon
that would be somewhat likely of inhabiting an area like that.
Phoenix laughed a bit. "Serenity, everything will be fine." She
said, smiling. "Legendary pokemon wont bother us as long as we
don't bother them. OH! I heard about a fairy type legendary pokemon
in the Kalos region."
"Aw but that would be SOOO cool!!" She moaned. "Oh, you mean Mew?
Yeah, it's a really nice pokémon! A blast to hang out with!
Literally! Haha!" She laughed. "I bet that it would really like
you!"
"No, I hear it was called Xerenas." Phoenix said. "I over heard a
couple of pokemon talking about it and it got me thinking... I
wanted to go search it out, but I didn't want to go alone... but
now I know you and I was wondering if you wanted to go with me.
After we get stronger of course." Phoenix said as she flew lower to
the ground so they could find shelter for the night.
"OOOHHHH KALOS!! I thought you said Kanto!" Serenity laughed,
blushing. "Yeah, that would be really cool! You know, I was
wondering... Do you think that you could help me mega-evolve?" She
asked.
"THAT WOULD BE AWESOME!!!" Phoenix said, accidently letting her go
a few feet off the ground. "Oops..sorry..." She said. "We should
look for shelter before it gets too dark."
"Really? Thank you thank you thank you!! Eeekk!!" Serenity
squealed. "Good idea." She said, user her vines gather some large
leaves and sticks to create a makeshift hut. "You like it?" She
asked, adding a flower on top.
Phoenix smiled at Serenity. "I do mean it, and that looks nice."
She flew around and gathered a some food for them for dinner. "I
wonder... I know you were abondanded, but if a trainer with a good
heart found us and we both liked them, would you travel with them?"
"Not sure. I have never been this far before... and depends on
what?" Phoenix said and asked, curling up a bit. "I have a felling
that we may come across a trainer that has a really good heart..."
Phoenix sighed, shrugged, smiled and then curled up more before
falling asleep.
Next day...
They decided to walk to the lake and so Phoenix was going from
branch to branch while Serenity walked on the ground. "You now...
its really quiet... where are all the pokemon?" Phoenix asked
looking around.
"Maybe they were... EATEN!!" Serenity shouted jokingly. "Maybe
there really is a legendary or an evil spirt of some sort at that
lake, and it scared them all off?" Serenity suggested, much more
serious this time. "I mean really, doesn't fog seem even a
little bit suspicious to you? It's so this and it's ONLY in
this area, and it's not fading at all! Isn't that just a bit odd?"
Phoenix looked at her with her most serious face. "I am probably
the only known fairy/dragon type pokemon in the world, and you are
calling fog odd?" She asked. "Fairy types are strong against the
dragon types, and I am both." she blinked at her for a bit then
burst out laughing. "Sorry I HAD to!!! But yeah it is odd... LETS
FIND OUT!!"
"Adveeeeeennntuuuure!!!" Serenity said, skipping ahead of Phoenix,
laughing. She then crashed into a tree. "What?! When did that get
there?!" She exclaimed as she got up.
"I-it is!!!" Serenity responded, half in awe, half in fear.
"Well... Let's just continue on..." She said nervously as she
looked around. "I feel like someone is watching us..."
