Just a normal human that can have/get Fullbring powers or become substitute Shinigami
Shinigami
Shinigami (death god; "Soul Reaper") are guardians of the souls who are going through the circle of transmigration. They purify Hollows who do evil in the World of the Living and ensure the safe crossing of souls - the Pluses who have lost their way after death - by giving them a soul burial. Shinigami are the opposite of the Quincy
Shinigami have a number of supernatural abilities:
Longevity: Shinigami do not visibly age at the same rate as Humans and tend to maintain a youthful appearance for centuries. Shinigami can live for much longer than Humans, with some Shinigami, such as Retsu Unohana, being over 1,000 years old and Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto being at least 2,100 years old.
Enhanced Durability: While Shinigami can be injured and killed like regular Humans, it takes considerably greater injuries to kill a Shinigami than it would to kill Humans. Decapitation is the only guaranteed method of killing a Shinigami.
Reiryoku: Shinigami naturally possess high levels of Spiritual Power, which varies greatly in magnitude with the strength of a Shinigami. The more power a Shinigami has, the sharper their movements will be. A consequence of having Spiritual Power is that unlike powerless spirits, Shinigami need to eat.
Zanpakutō: A Shinigami weapon, its shape is typically similar to a Japanese katana. Low ranking officers are issued an Asauchi sword, but high-ranking officers arm themselves with unique swords generated from their own souls. A Zanpakutō is a physical manifestation of this force concentrated into a blade. All Shinigami have a Zanpakutō, but not all of them carry one with them. Its shape differs depending on its owner.
Quincy
The Quincy in modern terms, were Human mediums, having the ability to detect the existence of Hollows. It all started when they began training to confront Hollows in order to defeat them, the same as Shinigami do. Most of the Quincy were destroyed by the Shinigami over 200 years ago in order to prevent the destruction of the world. Quincy are the polar opposite of Shinigami.
Quincy are spiritually aware Humans able to absorb and manipulate Reishi into spiritual weapons.
Reishi Manipulation: A Quincy uses the Reishi in the atmosphere, and combines it with his/her Reiryoku to create weapons. They fight using a power from outside. They have an easier time collecting this energy in environments with higher concentrations of Reishi such as in Soul Society or Hueco Mundo. To a sufficiently powerful Quincy, there is no difference between Reishi and Reiryoku as a source of power. The ability to manipulate such energy allows for a variety of abilities offensive, defensive and supportive.
Spirit Weapon: The weapon that Quincy create by gathering the Reishi in the air. The only limit to a Quincy's ability to create and fire arrows is their own stamina and ability to absorb ambient Reishi.
Spiritual Awareness: As a spiritual being, the Quincy can sense Hollows and other spiritual beings at a significant distance, and tell in what direction they are in. Quincy have an acute perception of Reiatsu.
Arrancar
An Arrancar is a Hollow that has removed its mask and has gained Shinigami-like powers.

His 'part of the skull mask' (or whatever it's supposed to be called) is much like Grimmjow's but he only has the lower part of the jaw.
Zanpankuto's name: Kaminari (It's basically a metal pole as tall as him with a blade that makes it taller than him by a head's length. It's pretty much a spear, let's say it looks something like this.)
Released forms appearance and abilities: His whole body turns into a skeleton and the eye sockets glow a faint blue, sparks of lightning can be seen dancing around his form randomly. The red part of his hair stays untouched, grows longer and turns blue with streaks of white mixed in. (Yes, he still has a part of his hair after turning into a skeleton, he would look lamer as a baldy so screw logic.)
His whole body is charged with electricity and he can manipulate it at will. Basically, he creates lightning and fries you up. Touching him while in the released form is not recommended.
Other: A former espada, once held the number of 7. Currently holds alliance to no one.
Is that okay? I can change stuff if the mighty WB2-sama commands so.
