OOC: A flaw is something wrong with them. Right now all we know is that he's 'Calm and kind' well, everyone can be calm and kind. It's no big deal. Not a flaw. And, he's 'rough with enemies and in battle' well, we all want to be. What's wrong with him? His he mean to little Pokemon, does he have a fear of Water types? Think outside the box. Also he can't be a trainer. Pokemon aren't trainers. I'm sorry but I don't think this is the rp for you. This is rather literate, and I don't think you're quite up to this stage yet. Sorry! But keep learning, and you'll be welcomes back with open arms.
Also, when you asked 'What New Rule?' is shows that you didn't read them th first time...that's not good. The new rules is Rule 5.

A young boy was running in the forest with his eyes closed and tears streaming down his crimson cheeks. He was running as fast as his legs could take him........which was a bad thing, Shinji had some breathing problems ever since he was a boy so out-running himself like this was plain stupidity.
"N.....I want my brother back...." Shinji kept on weeping like a mere child.
"URSARIIING!" a huge brown bear appeared out of no-where and was about to attack Shinji.
"Uh!?" The boy jumped up and dodged the attack perfectly, "URSAAAA!" the bear was about to use slash...."Oh crap!" Shinji braced for impact.

Volt heard the Ursaring, and dashed out towards it. "Haze! Hurry, it could be Rashime or Blaze!" Leaping into the Clearing, the Umbreon used a quick attack of Assurence.

Rashime backed away a few steps as the spearow got closer. Just who was this low level bird pokemon, thinking they could order him around. The spearow made him uneasy, "You have no right to tell me what to do." Besides, he couldn't go back. Not after what he did. They all hated him and he couldn't blame them for it, he hated himself too.
