"Hey! Don't worry about it! He didn't get you, so maybe he was just done for the day and was just wanting to play or maybe you somehow fooled him!" Lady spoke, not wanting to put Tessa down or make her feel bad. The little Poochyena did doubt that Tessa had been fast enough to out-run the Zapdos, but she wasn't going to ruin her good mood. That wasn't any fair to Tessa to be put down and told that she wasn't fast enough. Even Tessa seemed as if she was starting to doubt herself and well, when some pokemon doubted themselves, they just gave up. And with the way that Tessa was so brave, Lady really didn't want to see that happen. "My papa said he's seen the blue one! He didn't know the name but he said it looked like Zapdos, just prettier! He was travelling with a few friends and it chased them.. It got two of his friends... It looked like it would be nice, but I guess none of them are." Lady stated, frowning as she thought it over. How many were there? She didn't know anything about them, just that they were dangerous and hated the lower pokemon like her and Tessa.

When Tessa agreed to come with her, she gave a yip of glee, wagging her fluffy little tail happily. "Thank you! I don't know which way to go, really... He's better at tracking than I am." She spoke, frowning once again. Would she be able to find her big brother? Though soon enough the energetic Growlithe ran off and Lady was forced to follow though she was surprised to see a Quilava come flying into the field in front of her. "Tessa! Look! He's hurt! C'mere!" She cried, rushing over to Rashime. He was bigger than both pups and looked a bit older but she thought he was an okay pokemon. "Are you okay?! Why'd that other pokemon attack you?! Oh my gosh, was it a legendary?!" She cried, thinking that they were in danger. Nothing had chased him out, she'd just seen him get thrown onto the field.

(( That's fine! I was having issues with the orange but I hate pestering people about that sort of stuff. I figured Zoka was tired of role-playing with herself so, we're bringing her in. :P Whether she's willing or not! ))

(Well, I didn't really have much to do all by myself. XD)

Rashime was startled when someone spoke to him. He turned around to see the poochyena he had seen with the growlithe earlier, he had totally forgotten them when the rhyhorn had shown up. She seemed to be a bit hysterical, bombarding him with questions. "Calm down alright, I'm just fine", Rashime assured the pup, hiding the pain he was in. "It was no legendary and I've got no idea why it attacked me. It's gone now so there's no need for panicking."

Rashime took a look around him once again, making sure there was no danger in sight and then turned back to the poochyena cocking his head a bit, "What are you two doing here all by yourselves out in the open like this anyway?" Rashime hesitated to ask the next question as he feared he would already know the answer, "You two look young, is there anyone nearby who's looking after you" He had seen many young pokemon get orphanaged these days. Since no adult would leave two young pups all by themselves in an open meadow, he was pretty sure the two had no one to take care of them. It sucked, but that's what life had become.

(My moves: Bite, Faint Attack, Hidden Power, Dream Eater. Hidden Power is poison.) Eclipse tried to dodge, but wasn't fast enough. Recovering from the attack, he used Hidden Power. But he missed.

(Continuing.) Eclipse didn't have time to react. Umbreon as a species were not inherently fast. He braced himself for the attack.

"A... A blue one?" Tessa searched her mind for anything she knew about blue Legendaries. Nothing. However, she didn't want to admit that she didn't know something. "Oh, oh, yeah! That pretty blue one! Heard of 'im before, haven't seen him, though." Tessa nodded vigorously. "I think they're ALL mean! Haven't heard of a nice one before!" The Growlithe almost added that she was too strong for all of the Legendaries, but quickly reminded herself that it would count as lying.

Then she heard a yelp from Lady. Once again, the blue-eyed Growlithe skidded to a stop. She whipped around to see the Poochyena flying over to a Quilava. Her eyes widened in alarm. A Legendary?! Tessa raced over, panting in panic. The Quilava reassured Tessa with his words, although she wondered who 'it' was. Then the new Pokemon spoke again.

"I don't have anyone, but Lady has an older brother. We're going to go rescue him!" Tessa proudly stated, already imagining vivid scenes of exploration on her mind.

Rashime looked at the two of them with a hint of amusement, "So you're on a rescue mission, that must be exciting." Rashime remembered when he had been a young pokemon like them, the whole world had been full of adventures and new things to explore. Too bad he had always ended up in trouble and had to be saved by his older brother Tristan. Thinking of Tristan always brought him down, he missed him and his overprotective habits, but it seemed like Lady's brother really was missing despite the fact that Tessa seemed a bit too excited about the 'rescue mission'.

Even though it was highly unlikely that her brother was still alive, Rashime felt great sympathy for the small poochyena. "You think I would be worthy enough to help you with this brother rescue of yours?", he asked after a while of silence. It's not like I believe he's still alive but I just can't leave these two on their own... Besides, there's nothing here for me anymore anyway.

Worry for an older Pokemon wasn't something that Lady took part in on a regular basis but the way he had landed worried her. After all, all older pokemon were tough, or so she'd been told. They didn't need to be looked after but the Quilava in front of her had been air born, she was sure that the landing had been painful. And even though he was doing his best to hide it, she still didn't believe him. But not wanting to upset him, she gave a small nod and looked into the forest, looking around for the pokemon that had attacked him. "So... It was just... For no reason? But... Why would it do that? Aren't we supposed to stick together?" Lady questioned, obviously not understanding the concept. In all of the confusion, she had nearly forgot about Tessa and jumped when the little Growlithe made her appearance.

When Rashime asked about the two and if they had anyone to watch over them, Lady was silent, blinking as Tessa spoke up. "Well, my brother.. He's not that much older than me... My parents are probably looking for me but I don't know. They don't want to come out... I wasn't even supposed to come out." Lady admitted, lowering her ears as she thought about this. Would her parents come out for her? She was starting to wonder but she knew that she couldn't be negative, she had to be happy.

"If you want to help, you can!" She piped, smiling at him and wagging her fluffy tail eagerly. "But I don't know where to start... I don't remember any of it, I just know that we got separated and I ended up there in the woods close to the meadow." She spoke, turning to show both Rashime and Tessa where she had run to after losing her brother.

So, at least one of them does have parents that are alive... Somewhere Rashime thought as Lady told him about them. Strangely, she's more interested in finding her brother than them... Or maybe she's just not worried about their safety like she's worried about her brother's. Lady started looking sad while talking about them, Rashime could understand her upset about her brother but not the one directed to the absence of her parents. He could barely remember what his parents had looked like so he couldn't understand her affection towards them.

After Lady showed him and Tessa where she had ended up after she had been separated from her brother, Rashime turned to look at that part of the woods. He didn't recall being there many times but he still had a good idea what the area was like. He turned back to face Lady again, "I suggest we start looking from the forest, your brother probably ended up in there as well and might be looking for you from there. Lucky for you I know this forest like my own pockets." Rashime grinned at the pups, "If I had any pockets, that is."
