The current price of VS. Seeker is 10,000 PD(I think I had bought this before 3 to 4 months so I didn't remember it) and I don't think this is too much you could easily gain this much of PD by interacting with other pokemons and by sending your pokemon to rumble missions. And if you decrease 25% from this amount than it will be 7500 PD and if 15% than 8500 PD, it isn't affecting more just a decrease of 2500 PD or 1500 PD.

There's no use for this... Whatever price it was that either of you said is an easy enough amount to get. I could go on for so long telling you all the ways on how you could gain PokéDollar. But the main, easy ways I guess are getting them by interacting, from rumble missions, or just selling the items you get from rumble missions.
If you do all that, it shouldn't take you more than a couple days or less.

Also, it's not really a necessity either, but if you want it, you're going to have to work to get it.
