Bastet turned to Aurora. "That's impossible. There is no flying creature big or strong enough to carry the body of a rhino. Also, why the heck would they do that? The rhino would starve to death if not in a zoo, as the type of plant they eat would not grow in this northern climate. Also, rhinos are herbivores."
(assuming we are in Minnesota or Wisconsin or somewhere up north.)
(makes sense though. This environment and climate is optimal for all of our characters and such.)

Bastet's attentions returned to the tasty morsel under her paw. She snatched it up in her jaws, holding it firmly, but not so much to cause harm. She took flight, gliding over the area in which the loud noise was heard. It was revealed to be a logger, who had chopped down several large trees, creating a large crashing noise each time one fell.
