Isn't it a boring chore to find a Pokémon you haven't interacted with yet, and after interacting to get the "Random Interaction List" link? Well, why not implement a straight link in either the Home/Town bar about the random clicklist?

I don't quite understand? The Clicklist doesn't finish automatically, so you only have to go to th Clicklist page after you've closed the page. Just like with every other clicklist... Just leave the tab open.
