if someone outbids you on an auction, you get all the money back that you bid on the pokemon, the money is only taken if you win an auction

Nope, the money it's given back to you when the bid if finished... At leats it's what happens to me.

when the bidding is finished:
if you won the auction, you get the pokemon and the auction house takes your money
if you lose the auction, you get the money back that you bid

that's what's supposed to happen... are you trying to make a suggestion, or ask for help?

What I'm triying to say is that it would be more practical to get your money back when you are outbid, not when the bid if finished
