I think there should be an option to block users. I've been asked personal info via pal pad too much and it's bothering me. I know what you are thinking; "You can remove that user from your friends list and change your settings to only accept messages from friends." Yes but they are still able to message you by sending PM's. Also, once the person is removed from friendslist, they are still able to add and remove you from their friendslist, causing it to show that they added you in notifications. If you were able to block users, they wouldn't be able to add you on their friendslist or send you PM's.

This idea is very good, it is very boring you have to lock your Pal Pad to people who are not your friends because of only one user

It was suggested before the palpad was added to the site, so I need to edit that into it, but a block list has been in the suggested forums for a while and I keep trying to bump it when it gets lost...

yes please, support!

theres a lot of people who beg or just annoy people for fun and i know i can close my palpad to friends only but they can still pm me and i dont really like closing my palpad for friends only since i still wana talk to some people who dont have me added especially when trading.

there should be an option in the settings where you can add a name to your "Blocked Users List" and when you block them they shouldnt be able to palpad or pm you

No one has asked me something private on this site, but it has happened to me before on other sites, so i don't think it's too farfetched to think it can happen here also. I totally agree , if someone is bullying you or anything you can block them and you wouldent be bullied anymore , or if someone continues to annoy you can block them instead of geting really angry with them + who cares if this was suggested before ??? Could you please just talk about the actual topic instead of saying that it's already been created , it bugs a lot of people ( sadly incudeing me ) .

Ptoung, you really need to stop it already. People see the post. People have probably seen the thread before. You are considered spamming right now by constantly posting things not dealing with THIS suggestion. I've been seeing you do this to people too many times and now its starting to make me mad. If people want to support one thing or join one thing, they can! You have no right to tell people not to support something or not be allowed to join a certain club and what not. Please stop your nonsense already.

On the side now, I would highly support this. A block list would help so much since if you think about it, we come to PH to have fun and play a game to our likings, not deal with every annoying user that wants to beg and get mad at you for not sending them PD or Pokemon and such. I do know that in other Blocking suggestions the argument was that you could just ignore those users but, that doesn't completely work here. We come here for our enjoy so we should be able to choose how we want it within the rules of course. You've got my support :)

Actually, novasplitz, Navuso's suggestion is essentially the same, meaning that support for this one, means support for Navuso's. In that way, ptoung was right to tell them to go to Navuso's (which is linked in the post), though her method could've been a little better.

As Navuso's is the oldest, it would only be right to collect all supports in that one, instead of spreading them out over two threads.
