A lot of pokemon are stranded because their owners accounts have been permanently locked. For these pokemon there should be a home and users can adopt one each day. Premium can adopt 3 a day. If the banned user is permanently locked, you keep the pokemon for ever, but if the banning is temporally then so is the adoption. Also if the pokemon that was belonging to the banned user is not an originally owned, then it will be returned to its original owner, unless that person is banned too.

Well I saw two users who have been locked out of their accounts with pokemon still in their party. Imagine having no one to look after you. There should be a special place in Emera Town for them to stay and maybe get adopted. Every user can adopt one a day and premium can adopt three pokemon a day. It will help with completing the pokedex as well.

I feel like you're suggesting this for selfish reasons, though I could be wrong. A person can be unbanned at any time. Imagine if they came back to their account to find all their valuables that they worked hard for like shinies, legendaries and Ditto gone all because they were banned? I don't know about you, but I'd quit. And I'm sure more vocal people will tell the whole internet about it, making this site less popular.

I however, do feel like a banned person should be able to make the choice of having their stuff up for grabs. If they consent, I don't see how anything can go wrong.

It is not for selfish reasons. It is for the pokemon.

The Pokemon don't feel anything. They're just pixels.

I could support, if you add: you can get a pokemon for permanent if that user is banned for-ever & if not than for a limited until he/she 's ban is over.

Quote A person can be unbanned at any time.

This still holds true for the "locked forever" accounts, as if something changes in the situation, it might be possible for them to get their accounts back. So I'm not in agreement with just "giving them away"

Though I do think that giving the locked forever account owners the OPTION to let others adopt their pokémon would be neat. And the OTs should NOT be given their pokémon back. Once the locked account's owner decides to put their pokemon up for adoption, it should be fair game, and most likely the user did trades for the other Pokémon. Plus, I wouldn't be pleased if someone whom I mass traded with got locked, and all the Pokémon I traded with them came flooding back into my boxes. (As I have done trades with a hundred or more pokemon, lol)
