[W] Story Contest ~ Prize: Shiny of Choice
Forum-Index → Contests → User-made contests → [W] Story Contest ~ Prize: Shiny of ChoiceWhat do you have to do for this contest? Simple! You just write a story related to the shiny pokemon you want! This story will have your shiny choice as the protagonist. It can be any type of story – be it adventure, apocalyptic, or romance! In the spoiler box below is some more info about the contest, if you’ve found yourself interested:

-You must do something (bold, color,
underline) to the name of the shiny so that I will know with
certainty which you want. If it’s difficult to make out who the
protagonist is, then your entry can’t be counted. Makes sense?
-You will have a lot of time to write the story, so take your time, proofread it, and perfect it. I haven’t created a set time when I will be picking out the winner, but do not worry, I will post in the thread and probably make a feed at least one week ahead.
-You are limited to one story. If you post a part of the story, but are still working on it, please state so.
-This will hugely be judged by creativity, but please have some decent grammar, spelling, and syntax. If it’s hard to tell what is going on in the story because most of it was translated by Google Translate, that’s not going to look good on your part.
-I love myself a long story, but please also make sure this story isn’t too long. If the story is overwhelmingly long and feels more like a chore to read than fun, that’s really not going to look good on your part.
-This goes for short stories, too. A story has to be at least a paragraph to be decent. If you’re asking yourself, “How long does a paragraph have to be? 3 or 5 or 7 sentences?” right now, you’re probably just better off not entering. Sorry.
-If you're still not sure about the size of the story and want an estimate for the size of the story… I’d say the size of this post should do.
-A story is very similar to an essay you might have had in school. It has a beginning point, all the things in the middle flowing well from the beginning, and the conclusion. If you’re having a hard time trying to think of how to write the story, think back to the essays you might have written.
-And of course, if you need help with the story, you can always Palpad or PM me.

He giggled as he floated above the
others, a sheet hanging over his already ghostly body. He looked
down at his two pre-evolution brothers, a Litwick and a Lampent.
Casper, a shiny Chandelure, smiled as he enjoyed taking his
brothers Trick-or-Treating. They got so many goodies!
He looked down at his littlest brother whom was dressed as a ghoul, noticing he had only gotten berries and nothing else. Looking to his own bag, he smiled and dropped a rare candy into his brother's bag. "There you go, enjoy that!" he said, smiling beneath the white sheet.
His brother squealed happily, running in a circle before finally speaking to the brother. "Oh thank you thank you! Soon I'll be just like you!!" His little voice rung throughout the street, other pokemon turning and looking to him. Looking up at Casper and then to his quiet other brother, a Lampent who wasn't dressed up, the little Litwick's flame grew big with happiness.
"So Casper? Where to next? Are we gonna go get more treats? Can we pull some tricks?" Litwick gleamed with joy. He ran in a circle around his brother Lampent, giggly and excite for the rest of his adventurous night.

"... through a raging flurry of
arrows, coming down harder than the rain was, we managed to break
through the barriers!" My father's arms swiped with emphasis, his
razor sharp elbow blades cutting through the air in a moment's
notice. Me and my younger brother jumped slightly, intently
clinging to each word that fell from his mouth. I've always loved
my father's stories, especially the ones that talked about him and
my mother. I do miss her, quite a lot, but I know that my father
misses her even more than we could possibly imagine. Nothing from
the tapping sound of the rain to the noisy clicking of the clock
could pull us away, except for one tiny, little thing. "Well, I
think I have to finish this tomorrow it seems, it's getting late."
He said, both of us letting out a groan. Our hook just got broken
with a matter of a few spoken words. I drug my feet up the stairs,
looking back at him. A glance and a smirk were all that was upon
his face, as I hurried along up to my room.
The chiming echo's from the clock ripped me from my dreams as I jumped up, looking around the room. I breathed a sigh of relieve, as I thought that I had slept way too late into the day. Tumbling from the comfort of my bed, I went downstairs to check on the time. "Wait.. something doesn't feel right." I whispered to no one in particular, scanning the darkness of the empty room. "I wonder if someone else is up." More mumbling than whispering, I decided to check around. The more I did, the more... empty I felt. Almost like my heart had been taken away somewhere, but I knew that it wasn't me that had this hole inside of them. I could sense that it was someone else, it had to be.. but all I could do was wonder who felt so alone. Sometimes being a Ralts is a good thing, since I quickly found the culprit of the emotions. It turned out to be my father, sitting by himself out on the porch. I quieted my footsteps, slowly peering out to see what he was doing. All that was there was him, and another odd presence. Something that seemed familiar, but almost unknown. I looked out further to see nothing more than a silhouette. That silhouette, of a mother I had long since forgotten, only to have it fade back into nothing more than a memory. The only thing I could do was look at my father's face, a mix of sadness and joyousness spreading like a wildfire. Nothing more than a spirit, nothing more than a dream...

I practically shrink under my mother’s
glare. “I leave for an hour and your future brother or sister is
missing. How nice,” she muttered. “I fell asleep and when I woke up
the egg was gone!” I wailed. I was a young Swablu, no higher than
level 12. “I know I usually don’t blame you for these things but
what did you do with the egg?” I looked down, avoiding her accusing
stare. “I did nothing, but I’ll find it,” I said quietly. Without
another word, I took off into the air.
The town was silent below me. The humans didn’t seem particularly interested in catching us. I scanned the ground for any eggs, any at all. None, absolutely none. ‘Where could it possibly be?’ I wondered as I glided lower. The speaking of trainers filled my ears but I ignored it. One call above all caught my attention. “Hey, a Swablu, who do you think can catch it first?” Realizing they meant to capture me, I flew faster than I ever have before. This really wasn’t quite that fast. “Growlithe, Flamethrower!” The attack landed directly on my wing and I let out a cry of pain. A small flame remained and I attempted to speed up, passing by a familiar egg on my struggle upwards.
“Talonflame, Air slash!” a new voice commands. I fall from the sky at this move. The world goes black and I feel as if I am being sucked into a sphere.
When I wake up two young boys are looking over me. “I caught it. What now?” one of them asked. “Where am I?” I murmur though the boys just give me a curious look. ‘Right, humans can’t understand Pokemon,’ I reminded myself. They begin to argue about what to do with me as I fall asleep once again.
“Wake up!” I’m commanded as a human hand shakes me. “Leave me be!” I exclaim. Eventually I’m lifted up and my eyes flash open as I well, flail. “Calm down!” the boy exclaims as I begin to aim my wings at his face. “I’m going to train you, you look pretty weak.” I make a sound between a bird-like chirp and a groan.
I manage to struggle out of his grip and I glide at his side. “Use um, whatever move you have on the tree!” he says. I tackle him and take off as fast as my wings can take me. “Come back!” he yells in protest of my escape, though I act like I can’t hear him.
I glide lower on the streets as I look for the egg. A very young girl, too small to be a trainer, is dragging the egg in a wagon. “Eggs, eggs, eggs,” she says in a sing-song voice cheerfully. I manage to grab the egg as she is distracted and I fly towards home, hoping she doesn’t notice.
My mother isn’t back. I carefully put the egg into the nest and fly away again. I might as well see how life might go with a trainer.

Emma hated being a dunsparce,
especially since she was so helpless in such an apocalyptic
wasteland. "C'mon, we have to get going," said Amber, a friend of
hers, "We have to get going before we attract more of the undead."
The concerned monferno turned to her companions. "Axel, how is Nino
doing?" The fraxure looked up, a small sandshrew squirming in his
arms. "Good so far, but I'm afraid that his crying will attract the
undead. As if on cue, a groaning was heard from outside. "Shoot! We
were nearly to The Haven too!" "Don't worry Amber, we're not that
far away. We just have to make it through the horde to the
entrance." "Well, I guess now is the time to leave, right guys?"
"I've been waiting too long for you to say that." Emma replied.
As her friends gathered their supplies and weapons, Emma kept watch. "12 undead, 3 o' clock! 2 more from the left exit! We gotta go now!" "Quit panicking Em! We got plenty of time before they reach-" A loud "thunk" was heard from the boarded up window. "Uh oh." The group snatched up their weapons and supplies, running to the back door. They ran out, dodging zombies and running for their lives. "There it is! The Haven! We made it!" "Amber, there are too many of them! I can't hold them off!" Emma looked around panickedly, surrounded by the shambling corpses of pokemon and trainers alike. She spotted an old fireworks booth, full of small firecrackers and sparklers. "Amber, I have an idea! But... It will require one of us to stay behind... Go! To The Haven! You'll be safe!" "But Emma!" "Go now!" Axel grabbed Amber's arm, Nino clinging to his chest. "Amber, it's for the best. Let's go!"
Emma watched her friends cut a path through the horde of zombies as she made her way to the fireworks booth. She struck a match and lit up some firecrackers, attracting the undead attackers. "Hey! Meatbags! Over here! Come and get me!" Emma was surrounded by the undead, but her heart was filled with happiness and fulfillment as she watched her friends being pulled through the gates of The Haven by a concerned looking gardevoir. She smiled as the horde of zombies engulfed her, happy to have saved her friends in the end.

Julia walked among the debris, her long tail swinging back and forth urgently. It’s has been the 7th case in a week…I’m afraid it’s time to call in Mysteria..’
Her partner, Moon, reading her thoughts, looked at her in alarm. “Are you sure?” he said urgently.
Julia fixed him with her stare. “Yes, Moon, I’m sure. Noble! Do me a favor and call Mysteria in!”
An Eevee ran off to the Pokemon Centre before sneaking to the back door. “It’s me. We have some business to discuss…” he whispered.

An Umbreon snickered, looking at the precious gems inside her bag as an Espeon burst out of the hedge. “Stop right there, Bre!”
Officer Moon ran onto the scene, his eyes widening as he looked at his sister. “Bre! What are you doing here?”
“Oh, haven’t you heard, Moon? I’ve started field work now…and I’m been given the ropes, but not by you,” she said dismissively.
Moon snarled. “You know this isn’t honorable, Bre!”
She merely smiled before she launched a Hidden Power at them. Officer Moon fell, hurt by the super effective attack while Julia winced slightly and started to growl as she realized her attacks wouldn’t do much against the thief.
Then, the moon behind them started to glow as a Moonblast was launched. Julia spun around as Bre slumped to the ground. A cloaked figure stood there, Noble standing to the side.
“Thank Arceus.” She breathed, before she slumped to the ground, after gazing into the figure’s red eyes, however, she heard murmuring. “Wipe….memories…….not a good idea……what I get…mate is Gardevoir….both of them will be fine.”
Julia woke up, refreshed in the morning as she headed to the station. “Good morning, Moon, Noble,” she greeted.
Hearing their muttered replies, she asked, “How are you, Moon? Is your relationship with your sister going to suffer?”
Moon looked confused. “What do you mean, Julia?”
Now she looked confused. “But, Moon, don’t you remember last night?”
Noble slipped out silently as the two continued to argue, before whispering into his communication unit. “Operation G.J.M.T.A complete.”
Far away in the Orre region, a cloaked figure smirked.

It was a crisp autumn morning. My
trainer, Johny, let me out of my poke ball. "Luvdisc, come on out."
As my body altered from energy to a physical being, I saw loss and
despair in my trainers eyes. "I'm sorry Luvdisc, but you will no
longer be seeing Discette." Discette was the nickname given to a
Luvdisc that belonged to a female trainer that my trainer fell in
love with. They say that when two trainers see a Luvdisc couple,
they will love each other forever, especially if the trainers catch
the Luvdisc, but apparently that is not true. "It didn't work out
between me and Grace. I'm sorry." He smashed my poke ball into
pieces. Just then, I knew what I had to do. I went to find Discette
at the waterfall we first met at. After a few hours of swimming, I
finally reached my destination. I waited and waited, and soon
enough, I found Discette being released by her trainer. "Im sorry
Discette *sniff* but I have to release you. Grace flew away on her
Tropius, and it was just me and Discette. "Discette!" I yelled.
"Luvdisc! How did you know I would be here?" I could hear faint
traces of sadness in her voice. She hid it well, but it was still
easily noticed. "It was an instinct." I said. "I'm guessing you
already know why i'm here, though." As our eyes met, we couldn't
look away from each other. Soon enough, we gained control again,
and began searching for our trainers.
We searched for hours and hours with no break. We asked pokemon that lived on the coast of islands, called help from some friendly Peliper, but still nothing. After weeks of searching, Discette and I gave up. But just then, rain clouds appeared out of no where. The sea began to rumble around the area of Sootopolis city began to form. Giant waves were crashing viciously againts the giant rock wall that protects the city from floods. As the water elevation grew larger, the waves pushed us over the wall. We woke up half an hour later on land. I looked at the entrance of the cave of origon and saw what looked like a young male walking into it. Only a few seconds later, I saw two kids, one male, one female. The male walked down the stairs, and the female slid down the wall. The male walked in, following the first boy. The female stood there for a little bit. It seemed as if she wasin deep thought. Just then I relized that it was Johny and Grace.
They were following another trainer that went by the name Brandon. At the time, Brandon was taking the gym leader challenge. Ne and Discette decoded to follow them in to the cave. It took about twenty minutes before we hit a dead end. Luckily, there was a way to proceed by diving. Finally, we reached the end. Brandon had just thrown a pokeball at a giant beast. 1... 2... 3... *bing* It was captured. Our former trainers turned and saw eachother on the opposite sides of the cave. Their eyes met, and just then, a strong wind blew inside of the cave. The ground began to shake, and everyeverything went dark.
The cave collapsed...
There were no memmories left of the trsiners, except of the memmories of them left with their family.
And the four of us truly were The one's that got Away.

The Broken Ones
It was a date of no importance to anyone, a barely above average warm summer morning in late July. An egg hatched, a new born Sandshrew crawled out of the broken shells of the green and white egg. He appeared almost normal, a tiny tan ball of armor with an elongated nose, a clean white underbelly, and large curious eyes. But see, that's where the problem fell. His eyes were glazed over with a clear gloss to them, almost like fog covering his eye sockets. He was blind. His parents decided he was too much of a burden to raise, so they left him alone, in the middle of a desert.
The young Sandshrew knew nothing but darkness. He traveled the desert, the only sound he heard being of his claws dragging across the deep sand. He went three weeks without food or water. Simply a miracle that was. He reached the end of the desert, barely alive. A scrawny blind weak lump of tan brick like armor. A young child, barely 5 years old found him when she tripped over the little curled up ball and fell into the sand. She brought the little thing home, earning herself a scalding for leaving the house without an adult. But her parents saw the gleam in their child's eyes as she looked down at the shivering ball in her hands, and they had to let her keep him. The child, Carter, fed and raised the Sandshrew back up to full health, even giving the little one a name - Oke.
Oke adored Carter. The little Sandshrew did everything with this girl, he never left her side. The blind Oke learned how to follow Carter's voice and even began to learn her smell. One night, the two went out on a chilly winters evening. Carter had wanted to visit the bakery. It was fairly close to her home, so she assumed her parents wouldn't mind as long as she got back before dark. But at night, everything seems to be scary, and the two learned that the hard way. Every small noise scared Oke and every shadow scared Carter. Carter became so frightened that they ended up going the wrong way, finding themselves in the forest. Oke knew the way home due to his amazing sense of smell, but his fear overtook him, and he followed Carter as she led them both deeper into the forest.
It was an accident. The small girl lost her footing as they were passing by a small cliff side. Oke couldn't warn her- he couldn't see the cliff. He heard her though, falling, small screams escaping her as her voice slowly faded into the distance. Oke tried, he really did. He curled up, following the sound of the voice until he hit the bottom. But there was no voice to guide him when he got there, and his nose was filled with dust from the cliff. His whole life all he had known was darkness, but now it was a darkness he had never seen before. Carter was his soft light, that brought him a bit of ease from the complete darkness, but she wasn't there. The Sandshrew searched all night, until he could feel the morning sun warming his back. That's when the humans came. They found Oke.. and soon after they found Carter. But Carter wasn't breathing. Carter wasn't alive. Oke never felt true pain until then. Not when his parents abandoned him, not when he went 3 weeks without food or water, but now, without Carter.. that was the true pain. This was his human, this was the girl who believed in him.
Oke was sent back with the parents. Of course they were too much of a mess to even pay him any thought. The Sandshrew sat, listening to voices he never heard before, as they gave their sorrows to the parents. Oke couldn't stand it anymore. He headed to the forest, past the many trees, deep into the last place he had last seen his subtle light. That's when he felt it, a small pinch on his shoulder, just like Carter had always done to wake him up in the mornings when the lazy ball of shell didn't want to awaken.
And the voice like velvet whispering out to him -
"I'll always be your light."

(Aura's POV)
I am a breeder's child. my sister loves to Shiny Hunt Pokemon, my sister has a collection of them, until one day, she quits this hunt and brings back over a thousand eggs back home.
"Maria, what are you supposed we do with all these eggs?" Dad asked.
"I give up Shiny Hunting this Pokemon, I've decided to go for another one! The eggs are your's!" Maria,my sister said running away.
"Dad! I want to hatch them!" I said
"Aura, you're only 5, you can't keep you're own Pokemon yet, I'll just sell these eggs" Dad said
"Let me hatch them, please Dad?" I pleaded as my dad nodded and helped me hatch the eggs. My Family owns a Pokemon daycare center, If we get millions of that Pokemon, we can just give it to random people.
A couple of minutes later, my first egg turned out to be an Eevee, but it was a different color.
"Dad, what if a Pokemon has a different color from the normal one?" I asked
"It's a shiny then" Dad said hatching the 100th Eevee.
"My Eevee seems to be a different color" I said as my dad examined it
"No joke, this is a Shiny Eevee" Dad said
"May I keep him?" I asked as Dad nodded. "We'll show you're sister that we hatched a shiny Eevee"
I went up to my room with my Eevee, I had Anime posters hung around my walls.
"What to call you?" I wondered
"Why would you name me?" The Eevee asked
"You talked!" I shrieked
"Well Duh!" Eevee said sighing
"I'll name you Vee? How's about that?" I asked the little Eevee
"I like it!"Vee said
Time flew by as my sister, Maria came back with more eggs.
"I need you to hatch the eggs again! Bye!" Maria said leaving
"Well Aura? Let's get to work again" Dad said as I nodded and help him hatch the eggs, my Eevee helped out, We kept 8 Eevees, my dad had the Idea of having a full eeveelution set, we have:
Cute: The cute Eevee
Hydro: The elegant Vaporeon
Flare: The courageous Flareon
Thunder: The shocking Jolteon
Espy: The kind Espeon
Nightmare: The anxious Umbreon
Leaf: The bold Leafeon
Glacier: The hasty Glaceon
and Fairy: The adamant Sylveon.
We were known as the "Pokemon Adopt Center" because of Maria, my sister, bringing back so much eggs from the Daycare Center.
The Night before the opening of our Adoping Center, I looked out to the moon, Vee gave me a look
"Vee...You will always be my friend, forever and ever" I said smiling, he was shocked
"Yeah!" Vee said as I hugged him

It was quite a cold morning as I
looked out my bedroom window. I, being a young Growlithe at the
time, I was excited for snow. I ran to tell my mom, and I saw a
note. She had went to work at the mall, and I just decided to put
my warm coat, hat, boots, and socks. And I walked out the door.
Artrak jolted awake, breathing heavily. "Why was that... so odd?" He wondered out loud. He seemed to remember it from the distant past, but on this warm morning a he looked out the window, the sun and flowers seemed to be inviting him out.
Going down and watering the flowers, Artrak looked at the scorched frame, glass, and brick of the old mall he lived near.
I was screaming and crying. My older brother was holding me as the mall my mom worked in was bombed. Our house was burning behind us. My mom was lost in the debris of the mall. Everything we had was lost. The only thing we recovered was my journal. I quickly wrote.
9/11
Everything is lost.
I'm losing hope fast, and the only thing I have left is my brother... I will keep going, but at what risks...?
Artrak snapped out of his little daydream, and went towards old mall. "I never saw you when you died, mother. But trust me, it's fine." He said, and touched the old framework of the mall. This was his tradition, but today he felt a lot more confident touching the mall. Maybe... It was time.

"... through a raging flurry of
arrows, coming down harder than the rain was, we managed to break
through the barriers!" My father's arms swiped with emphasis, his
razor sharp elbow blades cutting through the air in a moment's

Emma hated being a dunsparce, especially since she was so helpless in such an apocalyptic wasteland. "C'mon, we have to get going," said Amber, a friend of hers, "We have to get going before we attract more of the undead." The concerned monferno turned to her companions. "Axel, how is Nino doing?" The fraxure looked up, a small sandshrew squirming in his arms. "Good so far, but I'm afraid that his crying will attract the undead. As if on cue, a groaning was heard from outside. "Shoot! We were nearly to The Haven too!" "Don't worry Amber, we're not that far away. We just have to make it through the horde to the entrance." "Well, I guess now is the time to leave, right guys?" "I've been waiting too long for you to say that." Emma replied.

He giggled as he floated above the
others, a sheet hanging over his already ghostly body. He looked
down at his two pre-evolution brothers, a Litwick and a Lampent. Casper, a shiny
Chandelure, smiled as he
enjoyed taking his brothers Trick-or-Treating. They got so many
goodies!

I practically shrink under my mother’s
glare. “I leave for an hour and your future brother or sister is
missing. How nice,” she muttered. “I fell asleep and when I woke up
the egg was gone!” I wailed. I was a young Swablu, no higher
than level 12. “I know I usually don’t blame you for these things
but what did you do with the egg?” I looked down, avoiding her
accusing stare. “I did nothing, but I’ll find it,” I said quietly.
Without another word, I took off into the air.

Julia walked among the debris, her
long tail swinging back and forth urgently. It’s has been the
7th case in a week…I’m afraid it’s time to call in
Mysteria..’
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
An Umbreon snickered, looking at the precious gems inside her bag as an Espeon burst out of the hedge. “Stop right there, Bre!”
Officer Moon ran onto the scene, his eyes widening as he looked at his sister. “Bre! What are you doing here?”
“Oh, haven’t you heard, Moon? I’ve started field work now…and I’m been given the ropes, but not by you,” she said dismissively.
Moon snarled. “You know this isn’t honorable, Bre!”
She merely smiled before she launched a Hidden Power at them. Officer Moon fell, hurt by the super effective attack while Julia winced slightly and started to growl as she realized her attacks wouldn’t do much against the thief.
Then, the moon behind them started to glow as a Moonblast was launched. Julia spun around as Bre slumped to the ground. A cloaked figure stood there, Noble standing to the side.
“Thank Arceus.” She breathed, before she slumped to the ground, after gazing into the figure’s red eyes, however, she heard murmuring. “Wipe….memories…….not a good idea……what I get…mate is Gardevoir….both of them will be fine.”
Julia woke up, refreshed in the morning as she headed to the station. “Good morning, Moon, Noble,” she greeted.
Hearing their muttered replies, she asked, “How are you, Moon? Is your relationship with your sister going to suffer?”
Moon looked confused. “What do you mean, Julia?”
Now she looked confused. “But, Moon, don’t you remember last night?”
Noble slipped out silently as the two continued to argue, before whispering into his communication unit. “Operation G.J.M.T.A complete.”
Far away in the Orre region, a cloaked figure smirked.
Announcement to all: I've decided that this contest will end after 8 entrants. I plan on waiting one week after we get 8 entrants and then judging the contest. However, I'm still not 100% if I should do this, which is I'm going to ask you of this:
If you're planning on entering and are still working on your story, please post here stating this. That way, I'll have a better idea of how many entrants I should wait for.
It was a crisp autumn morning. My
trainer, Johny, let me out of my poke ball. "Luvdisc, come on out." As my body
altered from energy to a physical being, I saw loss and despair in
my trainers eyes. "I'm sorry Luvdisc, but you will no longer be
seeing Discette." Discette was the
nickname given to a Luvdisc that belonged to a female trainer that
my trainer fell in love with. They say that when two trainers see a
Luvdisc couple, they will love each other forever, especially if
the trainers catch the Luvdisc, but apparently that is not true.
"It didn't work out between me and Grace. I'm sorry." He smashed my
poke ball into pieces. Just then, I knew what I had to do. I went
to find Discette at the waterfall we first met at. After a few
hours of swimming, I finally reached my destination. I waited and
waited, and soon enough, I found Discette being released by her
trainer. "Im sorry Discette *sniff* but I have to release you.
Grace flew away on her Tropius, and it was just me and Discette.
"Discette!" I yelled. "Luvdisc! How did you know I would be here?"
I could hear faint traces of sadness in her voice. She hid it well,
but it was still easily noticed. "It was an instinct." I said. "I'm
guessing you already know why i'm here, though." As our eyes
met, we couldn't look away from each other. Soon enough, we gained
control again, and began searching for our trainers.
We searched for hours and hours with no break. We asked pokemon that lived on the coast of islands, called help from some friendly Peliper, but still nothing. After weeks of searching, Discette and I gave up. But just then, rain clouds appeared out of no where. The sea began to rumble around the area of Sootopolis city began to form. Giant waves were crashing viciously againts the giant rock wall that protects the city from floods. As the water elevation grew larger, the waves pushed us over the wall. We woke up half an hour later on land. I looked at the entrance of the cave of origon and saw what looked like a young male walking into it. Only a few seconds later, I saw two kids, one male, one female. The male walked down the stairs, and the female slid down the wall. The male walked in, following the first boy. The female stood there for a little bit. It seemed as if she wasin deep thought. Just then I relized that it was Johny and Grace.
They were following another trainer that went by the name Brandon. At the time, Brandon was taking the gym leader challenge. Ne and Discette decoded to follow them in to the cave. It took about twenty minutes before we hit a dead end. Luckily, there was a way to proceed by diving. Finally, we reached the end. Brandon had just thrown a pokeball at a giant beast. 1... 2... 3... *bing* It was captured. Our former trainers turned and saw eachother on the opposite sides of the cave. Their eyes met, and just then, a strong wind blew inside of the cave. The ground began to shake, and everyeverything went dark.
The cave collapsed...
There were no memmories left of the trsiners, except of the memmories of them left with their family.
And the four of us truly were The one's that got Away
